Information Collection and Use
The Practical Airsoft will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Hitbox (the company whose visitor tracking systems we use) also collects information from our users at several different points on our website, for web site traffic monitoring purposes. We have no control over the uses that Hitbox may put to that information. You can see their Privacy Policy by looking to the foot of this page, and clicking 'privacy' by the banner advertisement.
Cookies
Practical Airsoft uses cookies in our Forums (only).
In addition, some of our business partners use cookies through our site (for example, advertisers and third party service suppliers). However, we have no access to, or control over those cookies.
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie normally terminates. For instance, by setting a cookie on some sites, the user would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on that site. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use that site. The only drawback to this is that the user may be limited to certain areas of the site, or some functions of the site. In the case of Practical Airsoft, if you cannot accept Cookies, then you will not be able to register to use the Feedback Forums. Sorry!
You'll note that we said that a cookie normally terminates when you leave a site. In our case, if you fail to 'Logoff' the Forums, the cookie will stay resident on your computer. This is nothing to worry about - it merely allows you to get back 'onto' the forums, without having to manually log on again!
