ED-SKaR
Seams like they half used the stats from the NBB and the GBB just so they could put something down.
frogfish
*crosses fingers for short mags* It would be really cool.... "big" mags are only 25 round, the short ones will be, what, 10, 12 maby. It only takes one to kill. I think you guys missed the idea..... You do only need one round, especially if you shot first. adadqgg
Hmm, I always wanted to do a Herr Captain impression (just need a specific WW2 German overcoat, longer barrels, and red eyes). Can't wait to see a review here. That can be done with a HFC M712 carbine upper mated with a normal lower. I think you guys missed the idea..... You do only need one round, especially if you shot first. Oh I know... my name is only one letter off.
Stangace
RSOV already had these in stock but they sold out. Same with WGC. I am really curious to see how these perform though.
Kalashnikov_kid
ARGGH I jizzed and it's got in my eyes! Seriously tho, this is epic news! I already have a HFC converted to dl44. Now I NEED this one. Even if it shoots like a leaky bag of wank (if tercels 1911's are a bench mark) I'll buy it C'mon, get more stock RSOV
Horsem4n
gunners says that "it looks like a marui system inside" and "we will have plenty on the 31st". im caught between getting one of these, starting my AK build or paying off my credit card XD.

ED-SKaR
Correct me if I am wrong... but I do not think blasters have recoil... Conservation of momentum = blasters have recoil. Science fiction = not so much.
renegadecow
No recoil?!? Jump to 0:42 and you'll come to appreciate the meaning of recoil.
Cliffor
Oh man oh man oh man that is SO COOOOL. Buuut, I'm gonna hold off on buying until there are plenty of reviews out there. After my experience with the ACM PPK/S I'm gonna be a little more careful with my purchases.
adadqgg
No recoil?!? Jump to 0:42 and you'll come to appreciate the meaning of recoil. That just looked like Han Solo was shaking his blaster as he was running.
frogfish
That was the most boring trailer I have ever seen, makes it look like a terrible movie.... also recoil depends on the context. One thing that star wars never had on star trek was consistency in the dogma, especially with little things, star wars is just too diverse and ever evolving of a universe, and that's why it's soo much more interesting than the "this must be exactly this way" roddenverse that trekkies propagate. Anyhow, I'm voting for EB's reports on velocity to be bogus, they usually are.
snowman
That was the most boring trailer I have ever seen, makes it look like a terrible movie.... [ LOTS OF SCI-FI NERDYNESS...] Yes it was - Glad I never saw that trailer before I went to the cinema or I probably wouldn't have - Could they have found a less animated voice over man? M. Kalashnikov_kid
Wow one comment caused mayhem. I want the GBB for use as m712 when skirmishing. I've got a dl 44 why would I need two? Ta Dave

ED-SKaR
Now you've got me wondering if a Phaser rifle counts as a RIF...
WhiteHawksan
no it doesn't, its not a replica of a weapon.. well at least not for a few thousand years at any rate.
ninja master of coffee
I think you'll find it's a few hundred! This does look rather exciting, a shame it's not select fire but then I suppose it is pretty cheap. I'm now somewhat kicking myself for getting the HFC box cannon a while back, this looks oh so much cooler, unless it's horribly unreliable. Hopefully there will also be short magazines in time for it, they look so much more balanced.
adadqgg
Good news: I sold my HFC boxcannon for $20. Now onto getting this piece of awesome!
3vi1-D4n
I wonder if it is semi-auto only or select fire? I was about to get a Marushin M712 kitset but the ABS and the 8mm ammo stopped me.
ninja master of coffee
rsov say semi-auto only. They quote an FPS of 330 with 0.2 gram BBs. I'm now strongly considering doing the same, much as I like my box cannon, a blow back, skirmishable c96 would be pretty awesome.
Deve
Looks like my HFC is going to become a DL-44 then, and I'll finally have a broomhandle that's fun to use!
TerranCmdr
I am so buying this and finally starting my DL-44 project. Was thinking about getting the HFC NBB but now that there's a GBB I'm sold.
Mike_West
There's also a Bell NBB nobody wants to buy. Well, Broomhandles are big in China, not quite so in the rest of the world.
