rusTORK
I like the price. No stock which i don't need and no grip which i don't need. Nice! P.S. Don't like shotguns.
QDRenegade
I like the price. No stock which i don't need and no grip which i don't need. Nice! P.S. Don't like shotguns. Its worth noting the G&P is different than this. IMHO its of better design, too. Whether its $100 better is going to be personal hah. kagami
I'm only seeing a less than 60 dollar difference between the two if I'm not mistaken... and the G&P comes with a stock and grip (albeit an ugly one) as well
Wingmann
The difference is between $70 and $80 depending on where you buy (173 to 244). That would be barely enough for the accesories G&P is selling... if you like them. For me it's down to design. The price is about right for what you get in both cases. QDRenegade
Yeah the G&P aligns the stock inline with the top of the shotgun (high-tube) whereas the AG puts it lower (LEO). The G&P also has two fill valves, one of which is accessible without taking off the stock. It looks like the G&P is also tapped for a top rail.
Habakure
If you put that length of top rail on, it would cover the top till valve.
QDRenegade
If you put that length of top rail on, it would cover the top till valve. Unless G&P sells one with a hole to allow a fill valve! I would bet that's in the works
DeltaZero
Just get handy with a drill. Job done!
Habakure
Still think that the nozzle of the can (the can of gas), wouldn't be able to go all the way down. I'll have a look tonight when I out the G&P sock adaptor on my TM. Edit:- on a side note. You can't use the standard irons with the G&P stock on. Did a test before and it's just a bit to high. Am using a mini red dot any way, so all good for me.
bankz5152
Not sure why but the AG version looks better to me. Whether it is or not is up to you lot!
TheFull9
Pretty sure the AG fill valve is accessible without removing the stock? I'm sure I saw it underneath the buffer tube in one of the videos posted recently in the main news thread.
Wingmann
Yes, it's where the closest stock adjustment is. Using the second position should expose it.
Habakure
Screen grab:-
TheFull9
Cheers, thought so. G&P still giving more options in terms of pistol grip fitment and sling plates, but with the removable tube cannisters I'm going to say it's probably got lesser capacity and I can't see it being the lighter of the two (if that doesn't both you that's fine, just discussing). There's a lot of other differences between the two to take in to account and still no word on the fittings in the rear of the breacher gun or the complexity of the internals with both of these, or their propensity for gas leaks. At this point it's pretty much going on looks, which matter a lot granted but even though I prefer the AG for aesthetics, external architecture and price I'll not be buying the thing if it leaks like a sieve. Let's hope the breacher 870 showing up (ish) on AS Global is a hint to an imminent release.
Habakure
If I hear reports and videos of how much better the AG version is, over the G&P, I will probably buy the AG version. Performance out weighs looks for me. Seeing as I already have the stock:-
Katotaka
I'm pretty sure AG one would be holding MOAR gas, and easier to fix if any leaks or issues. Apart from wall-space-wall-gas-wall-space-wall VS wall-gas-wall difference, judging from the vid, the cavity of the AG's stock adapter is part of the gas chamber and is directly accessible without hassle. While GP one has cartridge-valve-valve-adapter-gun design and it uses up the space in the stock adapter, and would be PITA if you need to fix something...
Wingmann
I'll do some testing for sure whenever I get mine. In principle, the design with less holes and parts will need less maintenance. We'll have to wait and see how that develops
Habakure
Can I request some testing with 134a/144, on the AG version please?
Wingmann
Can I request some testing with 134a/144, on the AG version please? I have 134A, Propane and Propylene. With the heat already here I'll only use the two first. Whenever MLEMart sends the specimens I'll start the trials I think someone said early July.
Habakure
Wether it was because it was new or sow thing I had down wrong, but it vents a bit of gas on each shot (the G&P version). I kind of like it but . . . Maybe it's not healthy.

Wingmann
BTW the guys at MLEMart have been wonderful so far. They sent already another part that I ordered with the AG stock (I told them to ship everything when the AG arrived in stock) and comms have been outstanding.
blobface
Wait so they sent the AG stock with something else already? Or just the other thing you ordered? I got him on whatsapp (lol) and he responses right away...
Wingmann
No, they sent the shell holder that I ordered with the stock. I asked them not to, but Kyle insisted on sending the shell carrier alone, with no extra P&P. The stocks will arrive in July.
