twingear
Good news for PTW/CTW/DTW/FCC/A&K users! Video: https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=855824814429896Finally a new ECU has been developed to make your Training Weapon smarter. Now you can connect the gun with your computer, it can run diagnostics, and get your statics from the gun, how many rounds fired, and it can tell you if it needs service because of the usage. PureSilver
BlueTooth/WiFi-enabled FCUs are the future; it makes so much more sense than having to break the gun down to access the controller (e.g. Polar*) or, worse, try to program it via trigger pulls like some sort of bizarre Konami code. The ability to pull stats from it is pretty interesting, too, but it's really just scratching the surface of what a programmable FCU could do. Hopefully they'll write an iOS/Android App to accompany it, so you can reprogram the gun in the field without needing to take a laptop with you.

Woohahaha, woohahahaha etc Jim That will be great! Unfortunately they are using the Smart Bluetooth 4.0 and it seems that the IC is equipped with a Clipper Chip.
