I have to admit that Ares makes some very sexy sniper rifles.
FireKnife
Ares guns have some ok internals but beyond that they suck. However the idea of a short folding stock rifle is quite nice but personally I would have rathered they were spring. Still nice to see. 'FireKnife'
aznriptide859
You know what? +1 to ARES for trying to make guns no other manufacturer has. I recall their CEO said a long time ago that he's a "gun nut", and wants to make unique and obscure guns not available otherwise to airsofters. Too bad their engineers are high or on PCP 24/7. 'FireKnife' I have no idea if this is based on their other systems like the aw338, the co²/spring change system of the msr338 or something new. I wouldn't be suprised if they release a spring version later on. What is the idea behind the 2 scope rings on one end?

One does seem bigger than the other two. As for the idea of the gun in spring version, all for that. 'FireKnife'

bjorn
Crack on then! Get it bought! +1, I wanna know as well. TRG rifles are well known in Northern Europe, would like to own one in airsoft too.
NeoVeNoM
Gas sniper, sniper gas. I wonder how many gas snipers so far have actually been known to work decent OTB? I don't follow that niche at all. Spring snipers are much more interesting due to their consistency. If Ares would make a spring version out of this, chances are it will be like the M700 and msr models, which are nice to look at... .

M_P
I wanted this when it was first shown around 5 years ago, sadly it's taken them so long that I've sort of gone off it lol.

DJradio
I was certainly surprised by the two piece stock. It makes me wonder how well that might fit together and if there will be some movement at that attachment point.
scorch
2 piece stock, with a sling point on each piece? Asking for trouble IMO.
BLZeebub
Pretty much the first thing any sniper buyer does is try get the thing to range as far as possible so im a tad confused at making a 'mid range' sniper? Or do they mean its not a cheap one, nor a stupidly over priced one? B-)
DJradio
I think they are trying to use "mid range" in a military sense to help name their replica as the Sako TRG 22 would have a shorter range then the anti-material rifles (like a .50 Barrett etc.).
Azubi
I like the look, but I wont ever buy Ares products. Bunch of barstools.
