bettyblue84
Its great there is more choice out there now as only yesterday I found a site here in N.Ireland that allows the use of BFG's and this may very well be my first one.
BigAl
There not that big guys, comparable to other grenades. Oh and if ordered direct you can mix the colours as you please.
M_P
If you look at the sizes of the blanks in the cylinder it doesn't look too big.
DeltaZero
But how do you order direct?!
bettyblue84
As ive never owned or even seen a BFG ive nothing to go off but the picture for size, but if you say they aint that big its a serious contender for my first BFG

PureSilver
Why do all the recently-released BFGs have to look like R2-D2's penis? Is there some unspoken rule of airsoft that your gun has to be a 1:1 replica of a real world weapon but your grenade has to be neon-two tone, or is it some dark corner of the VCRA? BigAl
Black?

bettyblue84
Probably more to do with being easier to find in the bright colour.

paranoiddroid
I'd have bought that m84 replica off the swat guys if it wasn't stupidly.*fruitcage* expensive compared to their dynatec clone
bettyblue84
Slightly off topic but being new to BFG's, whats louder, the shotgun primers or the 9mm's?
BigAl
9mm, but thats the beauty of this design you can use either, you simply reverse the cylinder.
Wingmann
Do you have the general measurements and weight of the grenade?
JCheeseright
Slightly off topic but being new to BFG's, whats louder, the shotgun primers or the 9mm's? 9mm is louder, if you're going for volume (and you should be ) then 9mm nitro blanks are the way to go, a little more expensive than the standard fiocchi ones but a much brighter flash and a slightly louder bang. Im going space
Actually, i found the standard SP KNALL 9mm to be the loudest. Louder than the nitro for sure
bettyblue84
Nice one, 9mm it is then
BigAl
The height of these is 112mm and the diameter is 44mm, the weight is about the same as the Oshiboom. Will get a proper weight for you asap.

emergencychimp
I haven't personally noticed much of a difference between shotgun primers and 9mm blanks, both seem loud enough to do the job. As for the bright colours, I thought that until I was looking for my red and blue striped BFG for ages before I found it, not very far at all from where I had been really intently looking and in the area I had been scanning for it, from now on, all my BFGs are as brightly coloured as possible. This looks like a great and well thought out product and their price point is very competitive. If I didn't already own a BFG, this would have a serious look in as far as my money was concerned. I wouldn't worry about it being reloaded and thrown back, afterall it's a sport of honour and trust so it'd be pretty low of someone to do that.
