Isamu
That AUG looks nice, but the description states that the gearbox is APS and the body looks a lot like APS AUGs. Does this mean that APS is OEMing for Army? MADNESS!
chas
Also: if you need 1911 or Glock parts, anything, from any microscopic spring to complete frames, Tiger11HK has them all in stock from Army. The G36 is extremely cheap, but Army is a reliable Brand, both in GBBs and Next Gen AEGs.
Cannonfodder80
400fps with a 0.2g bb? That must hurt
LordElpus
Aye, The Army 1911's were really nice.
Habakure
That G36c (R36C) is extremely cheap, meaning extremely tempting. *suitcase*.
renegadecow
Why can't it be an AUG GBBR?!? Also 400fps is reasonable considering the WE G39 (which appears to be what it's cloned from) does around 420-440fps.
harborne blue
Agree: an AUG GBB would have been interesting. As would a few more Recoil Shock clones which Army looked to be getting into a while back. However the biggest news would be if they stopped hosting their website on the bosses laptop... unusably slow!
chas
However the biggest news would be if they stopped hosting their website on the bosses laptop... unusably slow! Do you have a link to Army's website? Can't seem to find it.
Jibbity
I'm not usually a stickler for replica details, like trades and such, but these new AUGs from APS are not even Styer AUGs, they are Microtech MSARs. This is particularly amusing in the new Steyr licensed ASG ones. I will likely be acquiring one just for the new receiver, and hoping that it fits my JG stock.
LordElpus
Do you have a link? Can't seem to find it. It was the Army R43 if memory serves
chas
It was the Army R43 if memory serves Sorry, I meant Army's website.
LordElpus
They don't have one.
Habakure
Agree: an AUG GBB would have been interesting. As would a few more Recoil Shock clones which Army looked to be getting into a while back. However the biggest news would be if they stopped hosting their website on the bosses laptop... unusably slow! So Army don't have a website?
-Drake-
The Aug needs more rails. Theres just not enough.
Kratisto
The AUG needs to be a NATO AUG that uses M4 magazines...
Jibbity
Does anyone have actual hands on experience with the APS AUGs? I can't find an actual review for one that isn't store sponsored or just a first impression.
Habakure
Most reviews are first impressions. You'd be hard pressed to find a load of reviews that have updates (say a report on performance after 6-9 months of use).
harborne blue
Do you have a link to Army's website? Can't seem to find it. Sorry - meant Airsoft Tigers website is dog slow.
BigAl
Hmm G36 is temptingly cheap, wish it was a K. See they made the mistake of thinking K is Kutz as well, lol.
blobface
Damn it, by glancing it too quickly, the title made me think some Chinese company made an AUG GBB...
scorch
That looks like a WE clone. I've just bought a WE for a lot more than that. ARE YOU *fruitcage* KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW?
Reppyboyo
Yep definatly a WE clone, surprised it took this long really.
renegadecow
Now, hold on to your britches. Just being a clone doesn't necessarily mean everything including quality is reflected. It's Army's first GBBR and there's no telling if it's as good as an actual WE or more like AGM M4 garbage.
Brigg
I made the same mistake of thinking the title was referencing a Steyr AUG GBBR. Ah well. Interesting to see WE clones pop up now though. It seems fitting considering how many clones WE makes. Oddly though the magazine seems somewhat better constructed then the WE one. More plastic on the bottom. That part often breaks on the WE and then there's nothing holding the plastic shell on.
