Hopefully they're just being conservative with the description, most mid caps take a bit to bed in after all. If they really are only 150 rounds though... blobface Posted September 17, 2015 Report Share Posted September 17, 2015 Well, it definitely goes in, and amazingly, the internals of a GHK CO2 AK mag goes in snugly (in a good way), so it seems to be really the case of cutting the slot out for the mag catch, probably 3D printing a U-bend feed channel and melding some springs... Seems promising.... (gun no longer in Zenit mode cause I was suppose to go to a Cartel themed game, stripped it back to comrade mode..) Link to post Share on other sites
blobface Posted September 18, 2015 Report Share Posted September 18, 2015 Update: Sawed off the parts at the back for the knocker valve / gas charging port etc, sadly overly wall too thick, so when I jam the GHK internals in, it pushes everything out too much, will need a mill or some description to make the internal walls thinner, probably by 1mm both sides.
