Celcius AK training weapons.

looks good. it looks like it will be full stock only as the mosfet and battery need to go in there. It might be possible to move the mosfet forward into the handguards with a bit of rewiring and putting the battery into the gas tube. It would open it up to be any folding stock model. all 3 electronic boards look to be the standard m4 type which makes replacements easier.

I can't see if the pistol grip is a real version or a modified AEG type or something in between. The PTW motors are quite long and the real grip is short so we will wait and see unless someone knows already.

Much want. Bit bummed were limited to full stock. There's no way you can fit battery and fet due to how they have made thst gb work.

Feel a little unsure about the top part of the gb being so exposed though.

Its always baffled me why noone makes a folding AK stock with a feild bandage battery bag: http://i.imgur.com/tu8almg.jpg .

As for the exposed gearbox, I guess time will tell, my gut feeling is its a bad idea, but if the top cover is secure enough they might get away with it.

Well, depending on a lot of factors, that's a significantly more appealing prospect than any of the AR TWs.

Finding mags that'll actually fit may be a slight challenge given the variances in the RS.  Also in 2 minds about the trigger, very practical but absolutely nothing like the real thing; will appeal to some and turn-off others.  If they put this inside some really nice steel externals though and the internals are actually reliable, it'd be a great option overall I think.

I have been looking at various AK options for years and it was going to be either a Real Sword or GHK, but one of these could fill the middle ground quite nicely (potentially).  Personally it'd be dependant on the availability of different length barrels, RS handguard fitment and pistol grip and stock options (further down the line), but I'd imagine if you were after a classic style gun you'd be well catered for.  Do they make many versions of their M4?

Yeah, I read about that. The sensors can get picky if they are not absolutely clean, or maybe the Celcius electronics are not that good, but in this last offering you can choose to put Etiny in there, and a FCC motor, for example.
