renegadecow
I was wondering why they dropped prices for their Tornado: they have a new one. Looks to be smaller, but claims more punch and is a lot cheaper at the same time. http://www.redwolfairsoft.com/redwolf/airsoft/Accessories_Grenade_Flashbang_Airsoft_Innovation_Cyclone_Impact_Grenade.htm
hitmanNo2
Interesting. I'm liking the form factor and price. Need to see how well it works.
BioRage
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bstS5vjWSjE Their HQ is like 30 mins from where I live, and there's no news in Canada yet, wtf
harborne blue
Hmmm £25 sounds more like it and it looks like it goes off everytime. Hopefully JD or similar will stock it.
BioRage
The selling point to me is, easy load., On the original impact and timers .. Putting the small pin, fat washer, small washer, fat pin or w.e in order, then speed loading each side with bbs, took more then 3-5 minutes.. so annoying with gloves. lee stephenson
Hopefully there is a bit more power to the BB's as well, I gave up on mine due to the number of arguments I had with people! No bang, and a weak BB strike meant many people didn't feel or hear it to call the hit
swatti
Someone link slow-mo video about the spread please. Seems very well engineered BUT the spread is the key here.
Alias1983
Eh, I like my tornado but I use it indoors only, to which we don't have anymore so it sits in a box. With the tornado the only thing I would possibly lose is the pin. This what is the point of the spoon? I'm not a fan of stuff that's "disposable ".
DarkLite
I'm hoping these stay reasonably priced when they hit the UK.
renegadecow
This what is the point of the spoon? I'm not a fan of stuff that's "disposable ". From the looks of it the spoon blocks the hammer which is on a hair trigger. When jarred loose from impact the spoon falls off (doesn't appear spring loaded) allowing the hammer to hit the valve. You can always tether the spoon to the main body.
hitmanNo2
Ah ha ha. I wouldn't hold your breath.

paranoiddroid
Eh no bang means people cheat in my experience. I don't like the difference in rules between one of these and a bang that iv experienced. Why should I have to hit someone with a bb with this when the guys with bangs get a radius blast kill.
hitmanNo2
Not quite a bang but it does seem to generate quite a pop/vent. Same rules would apply as BFGs I guess just with a extra bonus of some BB shrapnel. Your saying some sites differentiate on rules? That's pretty dumb. No doubt the same places with blanket CO2 bans. Habakure
They do look very interesting, got my airsot senses tingling. Wonder if you could go a game with 8 of these and a gbb pistol for back-up (crazy, very much so). Worth it? Absolutely for that one multi kill, that would make players go 'wtf'?. Would have to dress accordingly though, think leather pants and a draw string grey vest. Plus obligatory knife. Yeap, I'm sold.

Alias1983
Bfgs are not legal here, not everyone uses noise canceling headsets. We don't want deaf people.
Habakure
Always the WE 'speed' loader. Bennett was obsessed with balls though, and pipes. Maybe he designed the WE speed loader? These ball spewing things are right up his street. Keep hovering over the buy/pre-order button. Must wait till reviews are up, must wait. . . till. . . reviews. . .
paranoiddroid
Bfgs are not legal here, not everyone uses noise canceling headsets. We don't want deaf people. Based on the testing I saw on airsoftcanada a 9mm blank is less loud than a thunder bee going off so if your locals allow those then I don't see the issue really. Some thunder bee devices tested hit the 130db level. And yeah iv seen sites use the you must get a hit with a bb if it isn't a bang ruling which is a bit fail. The worst are the you must get a bb hit combined with 'noise making grenades only count as distraction devices and have no kill ability because no one gets hit with a bb' argued on the grounds of a blast radius being unfair
Siavash
The spoon is the most stupid thing ever, so basically everytime you toss it you will have go back and look for the spoon or buy *suitcase* loads of them which then in long run beats the objective of having a cheap grenade.. renegadecow
Tie spoon to grenade with fishing line. Done. Also AI's site claims 225fps on the Cyclones. Rather impressive really, that's like getting an AEP stuck on full auto while being spun around on the floor.
