Mr Foxhound
Has this been posted yet? Do you GBB experts think a stock Cybergun/VFC pistol could even handle the strain of CO2? http://www.redwolfairsoft.com/redwolf/airsoft/Magazines_Cybergun_GBB_Cybergun_M_P9_33rds_CO2_Long_Magazine.htm

Mr Foxhound
I'm pretty interested. I prefer using C02. But I am really not sure if the gun could handle C02 use.
TheFull9
Has this been posted yet? Do you GBB experts think a stock Cybergun/VFC pistol could even handle the strain of CO2? They're pretty guns so I like mine for that, but I'd never labour under the illusion they're built from the best materials going. I may be completely making stuff up, but I seem to recall once a while back seeing an after-market steel slide kit.

Mr Foxhound
According to my Email to Redwolf they'll be fine in the stock gun. But who knows if I trust that. But I'm going to test it anyways and buy a few. I don't use my pistol often, even if CO2 will wear it faster.
uscmCorps
I bought six of these mags. Not a single one works. You read that right. The stock guns are not able to actuate the mag's valve. I've tried it in several VFC M&P pistols now. If anyone experiences otherwise, I'd love to hear it. Super disappointed with my purchase.
Mr Foxhound
Thats weird. Hopefully they'll let you return them. I'm going to buy one and see. If it dosent work, then I should be able to return it after Redwolf claimed it should work.
blobface
Do you think it's the case of your gun's hammer spring having weakened after owning it / using it for so long?

mimesis
Is it a question of spring strength or of alignment? Sometimes with these after-market magazines, the cutout/well where the valve resides is "off", with the result that the valve actuator hits the back of the magazine rather than the valve head. Though usually in these cases you can start to see where the paint is getting worn.
Tank
The VFC in it's factory configuration will not tolerate CO2 for very long before catastrophic failure (If you can even get it to run at all).
