Brigg
It seems That KWA have some interesting things to show off at this years SHOT show. Pictures grabbed from Ricochet Tactical's facebook page in case anyone wants to read comments there. First up, some new shorter versions of their GBB M4'S. Boring I suppose, but its nice to have some new options for their proprietary system: Secondly, As wioth last year, The GBB MP40. Albiet it in a more production like state. Still no word on wether it will be select fire, or full auto only it seems. Now heres where it gets interesting. It looks like the race to bring out the WW2 weapons is on, because KWA are now doing a Thompson M1a1 it seems. WE may have beaten them to the punch, but competition is always a good thing: And now heres the thing I never thought I would see. KWA revolvers. Specifically, Colt Pythons. I knew KSC had made cap gun revolvers in the past, but these dont seem to be those. No real specifics yet, but I would guess that they are Green gas in grip. And obviously they use shell casings. As usual, no word on release dates for any of these. So Maybe 2016, Maybe some time around the heat death of the universe. The Mp40 is reported to be slated for this year however. In either case, at least its some interesting news, and who would have thought that KWA would get into making revolvers? I would have never imagined that.
Alias1983
Only revolver worth a hoot is the tm m66, I'd love if someone cloned it with room for options. Like I'd love to reload a loaded cylinder instead of use a loader every time. Still, knowing kwa we wont see any of this for 3-4 years.
icolater
KWA stuff is top notch IMO, it's just a matter of them actually releasing the products they plan to release. The whole kriss/sphinx thing was really disappointing. More then likely cybergun are involved in those colts.

Habakure
So has KWA scrapped stuff they said they'd release? Anyone remember the bulp-up 45 machine pistol thingy, that took Kriss Vector mags (well, they looked like Kriss Vector mags)? What ever happened to that. . .
bankz5152
Yep. I wanted that! I suspect they created it during the issues that arose during the Kriss KWA 'battle' as a way to not loose everything. I.e still be able to make and sell the mags with no legal issues. Thompson is exciting and will probably be better than the WE. KWA's internals have always thoroughly impressed me for the price they charge, only issues is the hop units can be temperamental. Revolver massive MEH unless the recoil, which they probably never will, just seems a total and complete waste of time and money. I had a Dan Wesson for all of a day. I was bored with it in less than 24 hours despite using it in a skirmish, it had very little fun factor.
renegadecow
Any new revolver that isn't a rehashed Win Gun is a good thing. Plus, this being KWA, maybe that's an all metal Python? I had a Dan Wesson for all of a day. I was bored with it in less than 24 hours despite using it in a skirmish, it had very little fun factor. Couldn't really blame you. It was a Win Gun, and not one of their better ones.
Alias1983
Never had a Tanaka then?Rare round these parts, we have to make due with what we can.
johny_blaze
Any new revolver that isn't a rehashed Win Gun is a good thing. Yeah, but why the Python. It's sooo boring. Why can't they have gone for an S&W or something else.
renegadecow
Python's more recognizable even for non wheel gun enthusiasts. It's the safest bet for starting new.
bankz5152
Over on the vomit forum (Z1) they have a video https://youtu.be/aukCVj5cCMM .308 MKM YES PLEASE!!!
hitmanNo2
.308? Niiiiice. I thought VFC would have been the first to market a .308 AR. Guess not. No sign of the Viper one either. Very interesting.
BioRage
Just a oversize mkm.. nothing to see here. To each their own right? (I rather a vfc 417 over .308 @_@, we shooting 6mm anyways XD) I'm interested in the Masada and 10.5" MKM ERG, aswell as their AK ERG, which I suspect aren't on display there? Alias1983
No thanks, I want a ar10 but not a mega. But seeing as that's the only licence pts really has why not just make a plain ar10? Come on ghk answer my call.
bankz5152
.308 in airsoft is useful. Bigger mag = more gas. VFC can FOAD, I'd rather run around throwing BBs at people, be more reliable anyway.
Alias1983
Problem with vfc is output valves and bolt bounce because the buffer is weak.

Brigg
Ok, ricochet posted some new pics. Its confirmed that the revolvers are airsoft guns, And they have hopups. No word if theyre adjustable, Or wether the guns are metal or plastic. Honestly my money is kind of on plastic. that sheen looks like HW ABS. Like they used for the Skorpion. Which would be a shame, really.
