blobface
Seems like very little information out about it so far, but I'm guessing it's a VFC / Stark Arms developed VP9... which is welcomed.
BioRage
Heard about it! Very nice!!
FireKnife
"All the quality you'd expect......" Erm, ok I never thought I would say this but WE has better quality for cheaper than some of the Umarex pistol that have been coming out . 'FireKnife'
icolater
The last few vfc pistols were decent IMO, can't wait for this.
NonEx
Decent to look at anyways +1 on FireKnife...

renegadecow
Umarex? I'm also seeing Elite Force as distributing them so it could very well be a KWC OEM.
Brigg
They say that it's Green gas powered, which doesn't seem likely to be from KWC. They seem to make almost exclusively co2 powered guns.
hitmanNo2
Elite Force re-brands VFC 416s and 417s. My money's on VFC OEM.
TheFull9
Stumbled upon the Umarex booth yesterday, the VP9 was the only new, interesting thing I saw. Trigger was nasty but that's normal in GBB pistols and I hate the mag release but hey, that's part of the RS. Honestly though, the finish on the magazine and the smoothness of the insert/drop felt better than a lot of good RS pistols. The fit of the slide and frame was seriously nice and hitting the slide release felt weirdly close to a real pistol, took me quite by surprise. Obviously I've no idea if the pistol on display represented the standard production quality, but if it does then I'd buy one.
Squad 701
Did you take any photos Chris ? As the finish on the slide and trademarks look poor ! Maybe it's a prototype, or maybe video doesn't agree with it Cheers.
TheFull9
Yeah there's some pictures on my camera somewhere. I can't say I looked at the trades particularly since I've not handled or fired a real VP9, but the finish on the slide didn't jump out as being bad.
Inspector
They are manufactured by VFC/Stark Arms. Should be out around may.
mimesis
Where's my P30 (or even better the P30L)? I've been waiting for a decent GG or CO2 one for years. And now they've already bypassed over this and moved on to VP9.
Brigg
I would guess that no one picked up on the p30 because the HK45s weren't nearly as popular as was expected. I've heard from a number of local retailers that they didn't sell particularly well.
blobface
How incorrect / correct would it be if someone released different marking slides for the HK45 to look like P30?
Brigg
I think the two are different sizes. And the P30 has a different trigger guard. So not very correct.

I had hoped with decent screen exposure ( http://www.imfdb.org/wiki/Heckler_%26_Koch_P30 ) that it would have done OK. Probably a moot point now...

Gunnman
H&K pistols in general are not as popular as they once were. Which is unfortunate because they make quality weapons at competitive prices compared to other manufactures. It doesn't help their Customer Service has taken a beating over the years, they're not as bad as the internet makes them out to be, but they definetly not always the most understanding. Glock and 1911s are always in demand, though.
Brigg
You said H&K and customer service in the same sentence. That is amusing.
kagami
Excited that the VP9 is finally getting an airsoft gun. I thought everyone was generally satisfied with VFC made pistols especially the glock 19 and stuff. As an owner of a TM HK45 I'm glad TM improved their plastic but the VFC glock is still some of the best I've seen and held. It'll be nice to have something similar on the VP9. Zereck
Sure the VFCs look much nicer than the TMs but they lack their performances. Also VFCs seem to break easier in my experience(had an FNX and an M&P9).
fabio
iv shot a vfc glock and it was very nice, preferred the TM version for more skirmishability though
