Zereck
Since no one made a topic about this... So this weekend was the 19th Taipei Hooha Show where a bunch of airsoft companies(mostly taiwanese ofc) showed off their goodies. The 3 most exiciting was GHK with their AUG, the Hepheastus AMD-65 and VFC introducing it's SR-25 gbb. VFC also showed an UMP-9(tough they did show this last year too I think), the VP9 and a more intresting one: a FabArm STF12 Shotgun. However there aren't many pictures available I only found some on Facebook: - Hephaestus' album. - Bunny Workshop's picture of the VFC SR25 and UMP-9.
hitmanNo2
Shotguns are very cool. GHK or VFC apparently.
Norotor
Was really hoping for Hephaestus to showcase their OTs-03 SVU, AMD-65 is kinda meh at this point. Very excited for the VFC SR25 GBB though.
The Insider
Great... there's 2 different companies pushing out SR-25's now.Hopefully one of them will be good. lol. Apparently the VFC is due in July and I'm aware of another company which I'm told "Guns is done so just need to complete the packaging." so I would assume due March-April. 2 models due so close it will be great to compare price, materials, quality and check compatibles. Sadly the bad news is for my wallet as I will be getting the first one available. lol.
hitmanNo2
The other company isn't Viper is it?
The Insider
The other company isn't Viper is it? no. not unless there is a 3rd version coming ?
hitmanNo2
They posted a teaser pic a loooooooooong time back. Maybe the project is dead. http://arniesairsoft.co.uk/forums/index.php?/topic/203713-viper-762-gbbr/
Atsalakotos
That shotgun looks glooorious. I was hoping for something semi-auto though...
BioRage
Updated: VFC Shotguns $450 Euroes GAS/CO2 http://www.airsoftnews.fr/2016/02/20/vfc-bo-manufacture-shotgun-fabarm-stf12/
hitmanNo2
The ever optimistic BO pricing lol.

renegadecow
That's a shame. Really dig the short version too.
LightningLion
^ lol over priceddd http://www.popularairsoft.com/news/vfc-fabarm-professional-stf12-shotgun Remember this guys sell a Stark Arms G17 for almost 400€. Price isn't that bad when we compare both haha.
jv83
Those shotguns look cool, but I don't get BO manufacturing. A Danish importer just released a BO custom M9, which looks like a KJ with some custom features (finish and markings) for the wonderful price of 5999 Danish kroner (more than 800 Euros). Even for Danish standards that is crazy.
Lone_Bullet
Ifaik, bo is a bit like Cybergun: rebranding cheap stuff and reselling for Triple its value. But BO sells it second hands witch user damages... I mean ' battlefield look '. They both promise the world...
LightningLion
But they're assembled by airsoft engineers! Airsoft degree must be expensive lol...
CaptCalvin
The VFCs M4 exhibit shows off forged receivers. Just fyi.
BioRage
Yeah. All new vfc gbbrs iirc will have forged receivers.
Finbarqs
damn... wanna check these receivers out!!!
CaptCalvin
Don't think it improves much in the way of performance. But if you trip and fall on your gun all the time it'd be nice to have. And it looks like VFC is going to start producing gbb pmags as well.
hitmanNo2
Are VFC mags a no go in regular WA platforms? I know you can modify WA spec mags to work in VFCs but is it possible the other way around?
CaptCalvin
The only instance that in aware of when WA mags are used on a vfc platform is when g&p made a custom 416c with vfc externals. However the bolt carrier they used is their own. The WA mags gas route sits almost half a cm too low when I tested it on a vfc bcg.
hitmanNo2
I'm sure I remember reading about people doing it on GGI perhaps.
CaptCalvin
You would need to shorten the valve stem, thicken the gas rout and remove the valve lock. Still wouldn't fix the incredible amount of wobble the WA mags will have in the VFC magwell though
NonEx
Not an AUG fan but that railed version is pretty awesome
