fnc
No more information , just test dry firing Outside Look like the Beretta 90 two https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qh-EbyGWBEw
NonEx
Saw this on Facebook the other day. Not sure what it's supposed to be. Doesn't look like any real Beretta model I've ever seen. Not very good looking IMO and to hell with that full auto feature!
Danke
Beretta 90two.
FireKnife
Yup a 90two. Nothing fancy and one of the design variations to the 92 that just looks awful in my eyes. The full auto though is also a bit daft, why do makers do that to such guns? 'FireKnife'
hitmanNo2
Perfect if you're into ugly guns.
tquilha
If they want to make a full auto Beretta, why not the 93R? And Robocop's Auto 9 while they're at it... :|
NonEx
Ah. I was looking at the Beretta USA site and it wasn't on there. Guess with something that ugly you'd want it on a separate domain/website altogether hehe http://www.beretta90two.com/
Horsem4n
You guys have to remember that the bulk of people who purchase airsoft guns are only casually familiar with firearms and buy them to shoot around the backyard. FA models sell a lot better. I still don't like it though. I wish they'd stop it with the FA junk too. As for the 90two, I actually like the gun except for the bulky rail on the frame. If they could mix a classic round trigger guard frame with the smoothed out slide styling, I'd be all over it.
Brigg
The Beretta 90-Two isnt on Beretta's website because it had such poor sales that it was effectively discontinued after only about 4 years or so. As of a few years ago they could barely give them away and they were selling for well under MSRP just to get rid if them.. Beretta still claims they make it on a limited basis but finding one new isnt easy. Its without a doubt Beretta's biggest flop in a long time, and almost entirely caused by the gun's weird aesthetics, as it has every bit of functionality that the standard M92 has. It just looks like garbage. Beretta really needs to get some people on board who arent completely in love with bizarre curves and wierd shapes. Like theyre trying to mimic a sports car. Why WE would choose to make a replica of one of poorest selling pistols of the past 10 years is beyond me, though.
Danke
Why WE would choose to make a replica of one of poorest selling pistols of the past 10 years is beyond me, though. Red, Resident Evil. Taken 2, Contract Wars.
Brigg
That hardly seems like enough of a movie following to justify mass production of a replica. Maybe its common in foreign films. But its just an odd choice no matter how you look at it.
heroshark
Just as I thought WE couldn't make me less interested in a new release and they exceed my previous levels of disinterest.
Mike_West
Don't worry, studios working for SYFY/Space Channel will buy it, just like they bought Thunder Mauls (Continuum), APS UARs (Dark Matter) and Tavors (Killjoys). Oh, and I think they also used a WE G26 Advance copy in Expanse.
BigAl
If they want a cheap re style job on a current model wish they’d do the HI Power, its been in hundreds of films and games!
hitmanNo2
Not enough to do an actual, proper release though it seems.
NonEx
The more I look at this, the more I feel like this, mainly on behalf of Beretta but also WE...
FireKnife
It is just too stupid a design even for me and I don't mind the TM Strike Warriors! But yes, a cheap way to get a new gun out with minimal effort, just tweak it a bit here and there and bing, done. Now WE just do this with the *fruitcage*-ing Hi- Power and I might give a *suitcase* . 'FireKnife'
icolater
Its an ugly gun for sure but fair play to WE for producing something different to the standard 92 models available, I hope they make a centurion model at some point. But where are the new 1911s they are releasing ??
DarkLite
HFC did this about 8 years ago FFS.
discodante
I hope they remake those long slide M9s with their upgraded M9 internals and the new hop up. Love me a long slide beretta.
