dismemberd
Biggest European arms (and arms related) fair in Nuremberg, Germany is just around the corner. Guay Guay is the first to announce their presence. We will have opportunity to see G-96 (Guay's version of L96), L85A2 and R4 Popular (not pictured, basically a SR16). If everything goes according to plan, Airsoft News EU team will be attending. Expect detailed report and lots and lots of pictures (Taken from www.airsoftnews.eu) I had no idea G&G was making an L96! Looks interesting, but I just want to know if it's gas or spring. EDIT: It should also be noted that the G&G CQB-S, and the G&G CQB-R are available at WGC.
kenshin9
the cheek rest on the L96 stock looks strange :S Jas

D10
When will people learn you cant link to thier pictures Looks good, except the cheekrest on that L96 looks odd...
ianhaz
I think that L96 is an AW-AE. Kinda the cheapo version of the L96. Different bolt handle, shorter barrel, and fixed cheekrest. Do correct me if im wrong

sniper_boi
I think you'll find that is the PSG90 Swedish varient. Look at this pic Then look at the G&G one. Quite similar if you ask me.
otherrandomhero
Wow, those rreally do look nice. I hope the L85 is less expensive than the A1, maybe then i can get one. Also, does anyone else think that boy1 S-system with a fullstock looks fugly.
RSP1
How does Airsoft-News.eu DO it? ALWAYS first with news... amazing.
Customizer
You can see the hop adjustment screw on the rail like on the Tanaka AICS, so I'd guess its gas operated.
Perch
bah... It looks like a A.I.C.S. Look at the end of the bolt, it's similar to the m700 system!

Also, does anyone else think that boy1 S-system with a fullstock looks fugly. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Well, I think it's the same thing as the A1...just with a scope, so I wouldn't get your hopes up. They might be changing other things on it so...you never know. I agree with you cuz I want that thing!
Kristoffer
Well, G&G already has parts for the Tanaka M700, (bolt, hop-up rubber, barrels) so I wouldn't be surprised if they cloned the Tanaka action and put it in a stock of their own design.
jim_dandy
Apparently their L85s are going to come with blow back as well.
Stealthbomber
I hope the L85 is less expensive than the A1, maybe then i can get one.<{POST_SNAPBACK}> Given that the L85a2 is identical to the a1, except for the cocking handle, what makes you think that the a2 might be cheaper? Apparently their L85s are going to come with blow back as well. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Given that the G&G L85a1 already has a blowback function, is that any real surprise? If the G&G L85 didn't have blowback, owners would have to find something else to do, besides disabling it, while the battery charged for the first time.
RSM
Fitting a 10mm spacer maybe? I _seriously_ hope they fix _that_ particular issue otherwise I'm just going to get a STAR, either that or wait for Redwolf to make the prebuilt 'UK Spec' ones they were doing for the A1s
executor252
Ewwwwww! Frankengun! Its got the stock of an AI AE with the receiver and most of the bolt of an M700 along with a cocking handle that isn't present on either gun... Score. Looks really silly. STAR AW for me I think... More pics of the AE here... http://www.theboxotruth.com/docs/edu20.htm
jim_dandy
Given that the G&G L85a1 already has a blowback function, is that any real surprise? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Actually, I didn't know that the G&G L85 had blowback, so yes, it is a surprise. [edit]: And apparently it's fairly poor blowback, even when it's working. The very word blowback is an exaggeration of the feature. Perhaps its in their color newsletter because they improved it somehow.
medic23
man im in Bamberg Germany and Nuremberg is like 20 mins away, but i wont be in Germnay for the show, im so ######
elchinator
i wont be in Germnay for the show, im so ###### <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Don't worry, unless you're a licensed weapons dealer, you can't get in! It's not a public exhibition, so I really wonder, how the guy from Airsoft-News will attend it...
fnfr3ger
WGC has the G&G L85A2 in stock for 400 USD
ifyoujump
Finely. The wait seemed long enough. I notice WGC are recommending blowback latch removal, seems G&G may not have improved this part + no mention of a susat even though its shown in the pic on the home page. RSM
Hmm, if these retail for the £325 the A1s do at Airsoft Warehouse, with them being 400USD (Around 210 GBP off the top of my head) is it really worth bothering to import?
