Firesupport have shared details of an event at Urban Assault this weekend:

As it is Christmas and we have had a great year at the site I will be giving away various gifts to thank you all for your attendance and good attitude over the year. I am not sure yet whether to make you work for the prizes or just be nice and give them away! I have an AEG, 2 pistols,  10 cans of gas and some ammo and some Firesupport vouchers up for grabs on the day.

Entry into the draw will be free of charge with your game fee and will be drawn on a random basis from the attendance sheet, but only for those that are booked in, which should be all of you!. I will put a couple of prizes within game scenarios also, just so you have to work for some of them!

Thank you all for coming and making the site what it is, which on the whole sees us receiving mostly positive feedback. Ian and the guys work very hard to  make the site work and we can all help by being that bit better prepared in the mornings.

I have posted game dates below for the coming year, until Easter for Urban. That does not mean it is being demolished at easter, but as many of you are aware, the future of the site is uncertain, but I can confirm this will be the last year for Urban Assault, I just don’t quite know when in the year it will cease to be!  So don’t keep asking, we don’t know!

Info – We will be implimenting player (hidden marshals) at the Urban site from now on. Any instance of cheating spotted by these player marshals or the hi-vis marshals shall result in an instant 6 month ban, and possible exclusion from FFZ membership which would result in removal from UKARA player database and forefit of any money you have paid for that game or FFZ membership.
