The guys at Airsoft Option have been in touch with news regarding the latest King Arms Offering for anyone wishing to build or upgrade a M16, M5 or G3 variant rifle:

The King Arms have published a new series of 8mm Bearing Gear Box. This is suitable for M16, MP5 and G3 Series.

For the 8mm bearing, the gear box can be load much larger power spring. Also, can have 10~20% RPM (Rate of fire Per Minutes) upgrade.
