As many of you are aware the ICS M4/M16 gearboxes strip down very differently to that of that of the standard Marui style gear box. ICS has informed me that they intend to make a CD with striping guides for all of their product range. So far they have uploaded the first two videos, the first is a walk through on how to strip the gearbox, the second is on how to rebuild it. These are very professional done so take a look!
