By all accounts the straight frame G18C is standard issue to the Austrian anti-terrorist force called Gendarmerieeinsatzkommando (or for anyone that can’t spell that, the slightly more memorable codename ‘Cobra’) which accounts for the GEK logos on the RHS of this version of the Glock from KSC.
