The new KSC MK23 ‘05 model is now out in Japan, and the first few new units can now be seen at ClubMichelle for example. ClubMichelle don’t say a huge amount about the 2005 model, but do comment that the inprovements of a new blowback cylinder (increased in bore size from 14mm to 15.5mm), new recoil/buffer system, and the new zinc alloy magazine with increased gas capacity and thermal efficiency have produced a 2005 edition of the MK23 that now has a strong and swift blowback cycle (compared to the rather lethargic earlier models).
