The folks at Bioval Technologies have sent over a photo for some tests that have been conducted showing how their BBs have diodegraded over time:

Well now we have a picture for you.

Enclosed is a picture of the Bioval Technologies BBs (Biotech BB or BBB) after 9 months in the environment.

As you can see the starch and potassium bicarbonate based BBB is degrading in a noticeable manner.
