HK taking up the “trade-dress” argument

It seems that the “trade-dress” arguments are back and going to court again, here’s a quick rundown and link sent in by a reader:

If you remember the "trade dress" case between Colt and Bushmaster in America from a few years ago, there’s a similar battle going on now between HK and several other companies, including Crosman, Gamo, and Precision Airsoft.
