Academy have announced that they are going to release their own version oft he SIG552 in AEG format. You can see more information on their own pages. (Thanks go to Algin for the heads up)

The new AEG will be 505mm long with the stock folded, and 740mm with the stock unfolded, weighs in at 1.385kg and comes with hopup and a 50 round (6mm BB) magazine. Made from ABS this AEG will no doubt be cheaper than the TM offering, but like any Academy product offer an affordable AEG for the budget market.
