Whisky has sent over an email about an upcoming event that’s going to be held in Southern Slovakia by the name of OP: Game Warden – Coronado IX and organised by OmegaBlack:

Operation Game Warden – CORONADO IX will take place July 29-31, 2005 in southern Slovakia. It is the third of Vietnam-themed annual events organised by OmegaBlack, the first being Return to Ho Chi Minh Trail in 2003, the second Lang Vei – Khe Sanh in 2004.

The task of combined US Navy and Army units will be to disrupt Vietcong supply routes and bases in the Mekong delta, while the task of the Vietcong units will be of course to prevent this.

Expect tough humid jungle terrain with 2 rivers and several lakes, motor boats, sampans, PBR, military trucks, armored personnel carriers, Vietnam War atmosphere and hopefully lots of fun for everyone.
