More good news from the NI Airsoft crew
Newspaper clippings and good promotional articles are always nice to add online so following on from the article in the Independant last week Nick (nick@stirlingservices.com) who’s over in Northern Ireland and works for Stirling Services has supplied me with a clipping of an article that was run in the local press over there (News Letter) on the 4th of March.
This is a great start for Airsoft in Ireland and it was a little tougher to crack because of the terrorism problems in Northern Ireland. Still, we pulled it off and gave Airsoft a strong platform to demonstrate its complexity as a niche sport, it’s professionalism, and it’s community spirit as a multi-regional activity in the UK. Nick, (Stirling Services)
The article is a two page spread and quite a large download (around 1.5Mb in PNG format) but it’s the best I can do without loosing the ability to read the text.
Update (11/04/05): Jon has sent over a PDF of the article for anyone looking to download a smaller document. The download is a much more respectable 290K or so.
