Steve has sent over some details of an IPSC styled event that’s going on at the CQB Centre near Hartlepool on the 3rd of April. Here’s the details:

Bob Dunkerly is hosting an IPSC style competition at his CQB Centre, that is just off the A19 Road south, outskirts of Hartlepool, no more than two miles from Elwick Village.

It will start about 0930 on Sunday, 3rd April 2005 and will comprise of both indoor and outdoor stages, with pistol and assault rifle. You can walk on with your own gear/gun, or they will be provided as part of the entrance fee.

It will be £25 for the day, with dinner included, and there will be prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd.

Depending on how many turn up, will decide if there is time, for a ‘falling plate’ speed shoot competition, to end the day.

The last event, held in January, was well attended, and everyone had a great time.
