Well it looks like the Tokyo Marui have given out a release date for their M14. Over on their event pages they have updated the details for the 44th Shizuoka Hobby Show with the following details:

The entire picture of that, electromotive cancer/gun M14 finally release!
Even in addition, the new work of fascination successively announcement! (Event pages, Tokyo Marui)

Sorry the translation isn’t exactly perfect, but it’s pretty clear that the complete M14 is going to be shown at the event. The 44th Shizuoka Hobby Show is held from the 12th to the 15th of March in Japan, so expect some news about the release (if it is there) shortly after that. As ever any release date from TM could well be put back, so don’t bank on the release date yet.
