This is the 3rd and final in a series of reviews on CRYE Precision coated accessories for airsoft. This time we take a look at Echo 1 USA, latest offerings specifically designed to give your standard M4A1 that complete Multicam face lift.
Many of you were concerned that these might be fake but rest assured, these are coated in the real deal CRYE Multicam Hydrographic film.

Today Echo1 USA released the full length version of their new promotional video on YouTube. As well as some awesome footage and special effects the video show cases some of the products that Echo1 USA will be releasing in 2008, including the M249 Para.
I have to say that Echo1’s videos seem to be getting better and better!

As many of you are aware I recently returned from a trip to Hong Kong and Main Land China to meet with some of the movers and shakers in the Airsoft industry and one of the things I announced was the release of the JSDF TYPE 89 Rifle by Both Elephant along with some images of the prerelease production model, I also promised a full in depth review of the Type 89.

A while back ICS asked us to conduct a poll to find out what colour you wanted their future SIG 551 and 552 to be and the results where overwhelming. This time ICS want you help again and it’s no easy choice.
We posted news that ICS would be releasing the FN FNC in the new year and the poll they asked us to put up is to decide what trademarks and variant you want their version to be!
We ask that you place to votes, your 1st vote is for the body you would really like to see on the production version of the FN FAL and the 2nd vote is for possibly a upgrade or replacement body for the FAL.

ICS have announced that they will be releasing the Galil in early 2008. Not a lot of information is currently available, especially in regards to the gear box. But it seems that ICS is gearing up to bring the community exactly what they have been asking for.
What with the announcement of the 551, 552, L85A2, FN FNC it really seems that ICS is actually listening to the airsoft community and producing replicas that we want. Great Job!

Now I have to say that I have been eagerly awaiting the release of DyTac’s VLTOR MUR (Modular Upper Receiver) since they announced the news that they planned to make one. I was even more happy when the team at Dynamic Tactical informed us that they would be sending us a sample for review before the official release date.
Now I must start of by saying that I have been eagerly anticipating the release of the Dynamic Tactical VLTOR MUR (Modular upper receiver). Being the owner of a VLTOR M4 CASV I felt that without the unique design of the upper receiver left the weapon rather lacking.
So when DyTac announced that they would be making the VLTOR MUR, I was to say the least, overjoyed.

About two weeks back I posted images of ICS latest project, the SIG 551, now I have exclusive images of the next in the SIG range, the 552. Again there are no details regarding the internals but as you can see from the images ICS is working closely with SIG to bring you the most authentic SIG replicas on the market!

Yet again we bring you some exciting news from ICS. I was kept quiet about releasing details of the forth coming releases by ICS but know the cats out the bag!
Right now the ICS FN FNC is in the processes of completing the design process and these images are of the final prototype. ICS has invested more money in to research and development to bring us the best products at reasonable prices and have invested in new machinery to do so.
The prototype you see was developed on the new Rapid Prototyping Machine and made from polycarbonate resign, which really saves time and money on development.

The team over at VFC has sent us the latest on the much anticipated VFC AK AIMS. The AIM is a Romanian produced version of the Soviet designed AKM assault rifle and as we have come to expect from Vega Force Company is replicated to perfection.
So far VFC has not commented on the price or the release date, but it looks like they are gearing up to release this amazing product very soon!

While on my recent visit to Hong Kong and China I was able to meet up with a lot of the shakers and movers. One of the exclusive items that I am allowed to talk about is the soon to be released JSDF Type 89 by ‘Both Elephant’.
Currently these will only be available through RSOV and have exactly the same features as the original Marui. One thing that this model has improved on is the fact that the furniture is rubber coated like the real weapon, unlike the Marui.
Also you will be glad to hear that Arnie’s Airsoft has secured and exclusive review on this product!

ICS recently announced the release of the new SIG 551, the prototype was made in black and several members raised their desire for the replica to be perfect in all aspects including colour. This means ICS would need to change it from black to gray.
What they want to know is, Do you want it Gray or Black!!!
A poll has been set up so cast your votes, please even if the weapon isn’t on your wish list vote as it will help ICS understand what the trends and feelings are in the airsoft community.
Just been browsing online retailers based in Hong Kong in preparation for my upcoming trip next week and it seems Gunner Airsoft has got their hands on individual parts for the M249 that are compatible with both the A&K and Classic Army replicas of this weapon.
They currently have the following parts in stock:
What would be great is if they could also release both the MK. I and MK. II fore-grips as well as possibly some RIS/RAS covers as well. But for the prices. Also they now have fake 5.56 belt fed rounds to attach to your M249.

Well guys, I finally got permission to release news on the much anticipated ICS SIG 551.
ICS has been working very closely with the SIG team on recreating a perfect replica of the SIG Arms 551 rifle, there are one or two difference between the ICS and the real steel SIG but these have been put in by the SIG team but trust me if you have never seen or used a real steel SIG 551 you won’t know what these little differences are.
