Woodland Organics new stock and products

Woodland Organics have some new gear in stock. On their MaxPedition pages there’s some new gear including a set of nifty belt packs called the H-2 and H-3 Waistpack. The H-2/3 Waistpacks combines a handy cellphone pocket (on the H-3) or single seath (on the H-2) and double zipped mini soft box into a slim package mounted to a flexible panel that conforms to the curves of your waist. Both packs are MOLLE compatible, so with the standard clips can be fitted to suitable systems.

Whilst I’m on the subject of gear they have over there take a look at the Arktis Stowaway Shirt. Priced at £19.99 it packs down to a convenient size for packing in luggage, LBVs or backpacks. A lot of the other Arktis gear is pricey, although should be good quality given the price. There’s also some handy outdoor sleeping gear on their ‘Sleeping‘ pages, the Hootchie and Expedition Asym provide a handy combination for example. Last but not least they have a series of Hardigg Storm Cases in stock perfect for anyone looking to transport non-rugged gear in a hazardous environment.. or just to pamper your GBB pistol

Nitro L77 laser unit

First Factory have news of a relatively new laser unit replica from Nitro (a product range from Laylax) called the L77. This laser unit is a class 2 laser (output below 1 mW, 650 nM wavelength). The laser is designed to look like the Surefire L72 and looks to be a custom built body over a standard cheap but reliable laser unit. The price of the L77 is around 12,800Yen, which is miles cheaper than that of the real L72:

The remote switch looks to be of good quality (normally the a cheap remote is indicitive of a very cheap laser unit). The laser includes a mylar lens stick, identical to the Surefire equivalent, designed to keep dust and smoke particles off the lens area from muzzle discharge and training environments. Also on the Laylax pages, the AUG rail that we mentioned as ‘coming soon’ has now been released.

RPK kit and Wilson Combat M4 at Guarder

Any week isn’t really a news week if IntruderShop haven’t announced a new and even more tempting product. This week there’s the Wilson Combat metal body for the M4 which is the first green receiver I’ve seen. They have some new RPK kits coming out soon, and these are just bound to sell out darn quickly, like just about any of their AK addons. The HK M4 receiver is not that new news-wise, but worth a reminder looking for something a little different to base a project from.

Boneman’s Custom Paintworks

Just having a general prod around the internet this evening and came across Boneman’s Custom Paintworks at the South Island Rangers website.

You’ll recognise some of the first shots from the m4 paintwork project page on site here. The CADPAT style paintwork on both the G36 and M4 are very impressive, and certianly give a unique look to each AEG.

“GWS Custom” HK XM8 Kit pre-orders now open

Gunsworkshop.net have posted details that they are accepting pre-orders for their “GWS Custom” HK XM8 Conversion Kit (as seen here in the news previously).

The kit costs 258USD per kit and includes the XM8 upper, lower receiver, six position telestock, fake optics, carry handle, XM8 handguard set, steel barrel and flash hider. According to them there’s a custom made 9.6V 1100mAh battery available, but no price is given. Remember that the kit will be a limited run, so if you’re interested you’ll have to drop them an email. Remember you’ll need a donor G36C for the internal parts. Also on their pages are details of two custom FAL conversions that can be built to order. Thanks go out to nikoneko for the heads up.

Wide/Strike HiCap kits and more at LayLax

LayLax have updated their website with details of their latest NineBall upgrade products. Both are new front end rail mounts for the HiCap 5.1 pistol.

The Strike Kit (meat tenderizer look) and Wide Frame Kit (simple lower rail fit) both fit to the frame in the same way by sliding over the present rail and then bolting to secure. There’s not a huge contact area to mount the lower rail onto it doesn’t look like a hugely strong fit to me unless the rail is permanently bonded to the frame.

Listed as coming soon to LayLax are some more of the Nine Ball 5.1 accessories (scope mount and mini multi side rails) a M92f lower rail unit and a side rail mount for the TM AUG.

Brand new Hurricane stock in at Wolf Armouries!

Firstly, we have in a limited stock of the brand new SIG 552 Metal bodies, which come with a mixture of beautiful laser etched markings (same as those on a Marui SIG 552), and engraved fire-group markings on a deep grey body, the quality is the usual brilliance as expected from Hurricane.
But perhaps the most interesting feature is that the bodies come with a detachable low scope rail, which is great value for the until now deprived SIG owners out there!

Also, the Limited run Hurricane H&K metal bodies are now back in at Wolf. It will be a bit before Hurricane put these back into the production cycle, and we only have a few so be quick if you want this unique to hurricane metal body!

Finally, we also now have in Hurricane Helical Gear sets with an Ultra Torque up Ratio for all you rate of fire fiends. These babies will speed up your gun significantly, and also make your gun more reliable all at the same time. A must have for any gun with a version 2 or 3 gearbox!

Prime Airsoft GSR for WA SCW kit

As posted previously here there’s a new SIG GSR pistol conversion kit out for the Western Arms SCW series of pistols. Prime Airsoft have identified themselves as the manufacturers of this kit, and have updated their website with the news.

As mentioned before this new kit is something a little different from the normal WA frame sets out there, and is a replica of the SIGARMS GSR. The GSR was the first all American SIG-Sauer pistol. This 1911 style pistol, was first announced by SIGARMS in November ‘03 at the National Sporting Goods Wholesalers’ show. GSR is short for ‘Granite Series Rail’.

Whilst based on the fairly standard 1911 system, the design certainly has the familiar SIG look to it. The kit will retail for around 350USD.

1.
RWC M60 E4 (Modified Gearbox Version) - As many M60 series
enthusiasts compain that TOP M60 series have been limited in range and
power due to the lack of a real gearbox, which prevented owners from
upgrading to stiff springs and stronger internal parts. RedWolf Custom
is proud to release our modified TOP M60E4 gear box version AEG, which
breaks this limitation and opens up the M60E4 to many more diverse
skirmish opportunities. Installed with the highest quality Systema
parts and a full AEG gearbox, this custom piece can deliver extra
power at higher rates of fire. Hand guard modifications have allowed
us to house a high capacity 9.6v 1600mah battery (Included battery)
for prolonged battles and to power extremely powerful gearbox
upgrades. TOP M60E4 is not modified aesthetically in any way but the
internal mechanical design is completely revamped with the
installation of a high durability custom marui gearbox - which houses
a System super torque ratio, System metal piston, System piston head,
Systema bearing spring guide, Prom custom air nozzle, prometheus
spring, all pumping out 6mm BBs into a custom inner barrel for extra
accuracy and range. This custom gearbox is already upgraded to Level
IV enhancements to provide 400fps of firepower. This is the perfect
gun for cover fire and defense positions requiring prolonged firing
with large ammunition capacity.

Guarder base M4 body

Wargamers have the Guarder base M4 metal body in stock at the moment. There’s no trademarks, plus you’ll need to paint it yourself (it’s a sand-blasted aluminium finish), but at under 100USD for a metal receiver you’d be hard pressed to find better. Thansk go out to ‘ovv’ of Team Felidae in Finland for the update.
