Cazboab has posted his first official Arnies review for the site on the new Deepfire M4. I’ll leave it to him to explain more:
Hi there folks, we’ve got a second review this week, not quite as exclusive, as Marlowe’s kashni-thingy, but Deepfire have sent us one of their new M4s for a look-see, its got titanium gears, titanium piston teeth, titanium coated other buts and I’m pretty sure the titanium is made of titanium.
Anyway on the outside its got replicas of some of the fanciest aftermarket AR-15 bits around and German made plastic bits(the only parts on the gun I’m relatively sure haven’t got much titanium in) inside its got Deepfire’s lovely titanium bits, so have a look at the review here. (Cazboab)

Land Warrior Airsoft have launched their new website redesign:
Hi Guys!
It’s taken 7 months but we’ve finally launched our new website! Built custom and totally from scratch it should be easier to navigate and with new features. We may have a couple of teething problems so please let us know about any faults you find. As well as this we have our new logo! You’ll see certain items arriving with our logo engraved on them, they’ll not be the usual cheap rebranded items but top quality items that we test first!
The images will start changing over straight away from the black to the white backgrounds.
Thanks for your continuing support!
Kind Regards, Scott, (Land Warrior Airsoft)
Here’s an update from the Airsoft blog Strike – Hold!:
This month marks the 35th Anniversary of the 1973 Yom Kippur War. In honour of this anniversary I’m going to be publishing a series of articles this month relating to Israeli kit and forces; starting with a 2-part mini-series looking at the leading airsoft-replicas of the famous Galil assault rifle family.
To kick things off, I take a look at the Galil SAR from TSI Armories in the USA. (Strike – Hold!)
A little about Strike – Hold! :
“What’s with the title of this blog?”
Strike! Hold! is the motto of my old regiment - I was a Sergeant in the 2nd Battalion of the 504th Parachute Infantry Regiment of the 82nd Airborne Division back in the ‘80’s. And to me it sums up the spirit of the elite: ‘strike’ from the sky - from the sea - from behind the lines, and ‘hold’ true to your mission - your objective - your unit.
Besides being a former active-duty paratrooper (there’s no such thing as an ex-Paratrooper), I am also into the sport/hobby of milsim airsoft, and am a member of a group that performs WWII commemorative parachute jumps in authentic kit from C-47 Dakota aircraft.
My maternal grandfather served in a Canadian motorised recce unit attached to the British Army’s Reconnaissance Corps in the Libyan desert in WWI, and one of his ancestors was John Graham, Jacobite leader, who defeated an English army at the Battle of Killiekrankie in 1689 - so I guess my interest in special ops and elite forces must be in my DNA.

There’s a new update in from Airsoft GI:
Over the past few months we’ve been phasing out Classic Army AEGs from our inventory, with the exception of the Classic Army Sportline. Classic Army’s sudden decline in quality and lack of initiative to do anything about it left us no other option, similar to G&G many years ago. Well, recently we’ve decided to give them another shot, and the results so far have been great. The new Classic Army AEGs are more powerful, and seem to be more robust, only time will tell how reliable they are.
The first gun we received to test CA’s quality was their new M15A4 PMC, this thing really surprised us. It shoots over 400 FPS, and even when plugged into a 14v lipoly the piston did not give out! Very impressive to say the least.
The PMC was actually added to our inventory a while ago, but check out these new models just in from Classic Army:
We will continue to test out the new Classic Army AEGs as they become available and post our findings here to keep you guys and gals up to date.

Brand new from OE TECH; blood type tags/key chain. Just in case you are ‘injured’ on the field, the medic will know exactly what your blood type is w/o doing a test, it saves time and could save your life. Well hopefully you won’t be sustaining life threatening injuries while playing airsoft, in that case these things make a really cool key chain. Check em out, we have all different blood types and colors available.

King Arms is now making it easier to display and show off your AEGs with these cool new mounts. It’s a display stand that secures your gun by the magazine well. The current models available are for the Tokyo Marui M14, G36 and M4/M16.
