For once I’ve had a chance to realise that it will shortly be this site’s Birthday and as of next Sunday (November 23rd) we’ll be 8. Yes that’s eight years of continuous web presence and service to the community.
Have to say that it’s been a fun few years for me, I’ll see what we can sort to celebrate things next Sunday.
As ever a huge thanks go to all that participate and make things what they are here.

Stirling Airsoft are running a themed game on the 6-7th December:
Hi, Just wanted to let you know about Stirling Airsoft’s next big airsoft game, Operation Silent Eye, our first annual England Vs Scotland game, to be held at Catterick Urban Ops F.I.BU.A. Village on December 6th and 7th 2008.
Unlike most of our other airsoft games, which are based on the ongoing All Out War storyline, Op. Silent Eye is the first of our "Old Enemy" games and will be a battle between teams representing England and Scotland, with the winning team taking possession of The Stirling Shield.
If Scotland wins the event, the Shield will go to be put on display at LandWarrior Airsoft’s Showroom, while if the English are victorious the Shield will go to Airsoft Skirmish.
Places are limited and have been filling up quickly for this game, but there are a handful of spaces still available on the Scottish side. If you’re interested in coming to Catterick and joining in the Battle for the Stirling Shield, have a look at the Op. Silent Eye page on StirlingAirsoft.com for details and prices and send an email to bookings@stirlingairsoft.com to secure your place.

James Bond Quantum of Solace Raffle (2008-11-11)
Redwolf is excited about the release of the latest installment in the 007 series: Qunatum of Solace. Daniel Craig is back as the somewhat grittier interpretation of the classic Bond character, which proved to be a winning formula in the previous film, Casino Royale, that had movie-goers thoroughly excited with the action-packed sequences and a more "physical" Bond.
Quantum of Solace is a continuation of the storyline, with James fresh from the death of his lover in Casino Royale, Vesper Lynd (played by the delectable Eva Green). Today, we are reviewing the OffWorld Manufacturing, Inc., Model 2019 Blade Runner Unit (B.R.U.) 10mm prop blaster. The pictures used in this review are from the actual OffWorld Manufacturing, Inc. eBay auction due to their high quality. However, this review is based on an actual hands-on unit purchased from OffWorld Manufacturing, Inc.
I received the M2019 from OffWorld Mfg after waiting over a month for delivery. OffWorld Manufacturing, Inc. indicated in their eBay auction that this was the last run of these prop blasters. We will see if this ends up being the case.
