Arena Industries – Army Eye Protection System Arena Industries have developed a ballistic eye-protection system which includes features that address the primary complaints of tactical goggles; fogging, comfort and moisture leaking onto the inside of the lens. All of these issues have made tactical ballistic goggles optically ineffective and uncomfortable to wear.

The true passive anti-fogging system sees a patented razorback design air flow system allow for air to flow over the goggle lens preventing the lens from fogging. We use electro-static materials in this system to repel dust and debris from entering the airflow system.

Our hinged buckle allows for goggle placement at any angle on either the soldier’s helmet or head. The hinge is much more durable and versatile than the snap on hinges other manufacturers offer.

Moisture wicking foam and fabric keep moisture from dripping onto the inside of the lens and distorting vision. Hot weather conditions combined with strenuous activities cause sweat. Our foam and wicking material is a significant improvement over the bare plastic goggle frame.

SAFETY STANDARDS All Arena Industries military products utilise both clear and grey military standard lens tints.

All our goggles meet the following safety standards:

• Z87.1-2003, the most up-to-date industry standard for safety-related eyewear
• Z80.3-2001, the industry standard for UVA and UVB protection for eyewear MIL-STD-662F and the new MCEP standard
• Type 2 fragment simulation projectile

It was an original design for a 2008-09 client of ours who shoots IPSC and wanted a unique BB-IPSC trainer.

Since then, we heard that someone over in Hong Kong let the cat-out-of-the-bag (so to speak) and copied the design…

This past weekend I went to the 2009 Shot Show here in Orlando Florida. One of the booths I made sure to go by was the TSD booth to see what’s new and to do the touch and smell testing!! Thanks to Toy Soldier Sports of Orlando and the guys from TSD I was given this pistol to do reviews on. I have owned many Airsoft Pistols and the TSD/WE pistols never fail to amaze me with the quality and price compared to other Airsoft pistols. I couldn’t wait to get home to test this pistol out, the excitement was killing me.

I haven’t posted one of these for ages, however this one was a bit too off the wall to pass up. I receive a heck of a lot of spam, of which 99.9% gets killed dead by spam filters; however occasionally a human being will take the time to contact us through the website with some outlandish request.

In our latest instalment Pakistan apparently needs (engage Keanu Reeves voice) “guns… lots of guns”.

Before getting to the email I’ve just read, lets just go over the major obvious points here:

1. we’re not a retailer
2. we don’t sell anything
3. this is an Airsoft website
4. if we did sell stuff it’s unlikely we’d ship to Pakistan
5. if we did sell stuff it would be airsoft related not real firearms
6. we don’t deal in firearms
7. the hint is in the name – “Airsoft”
8. umm.. we’re not a retailer (see #1-7)

Do people actually randomly email sites like this saying “I want to buy guns” ?

Many customers complain our batteries are not the cheapest one in the market.

Even we tell them ours are certified by CE and are using the best Lipo cells in the market but customers can only “FEEL” it.

In order to let Airsoft players to “see” and “read” the value, we asked our engineer to build up a machine which can “compare” the performance of Lipo batteries by showing the value.
