Kumi at Systema has sent out a press release. You can read the full email after the break. The email highlights their concern with copies of Systema kit appearing and upgrades that are intended to fit their products.

There’s a lot there and the language barrier is apparent but the core of the communication is obvious. Included is a report from “Papa” highlighting the differences between their product and the copies available. There’s a heap of imagine included comparing the two units.

I know a few folks have been waiting to see when the MP5 from Systema was going to finally arrive, and now they have set a date. Shipments of completed MP5s will start on March 28th, although you can expect them in shops in mid April. There’s a "TW5A4-MAX" and "TW5A4-MAX2" with an M90 fitted listed as well, but with no price as of yet, they look like upgraded models:

It is the important information about MP5. I think that you are busy, but please confirm each item firmly.

(1) Release date

The release date of MP5 was determined.

Shipment will be started from March 28.

(Although we will send estimate in order of receiving reservation, we will ship in order of confirming payment.) Since so many customers have waited, if we cannot confirm your payment within five days, we will automatically consider it as cancellation.
