What Kind of Quality is this?!!?!!?!?

Very happy i received my cartridge and then.... Going to See if i can get a return or a money back. Chinese brand called big dragon this has to be a one off and it doesn't even work. Hmmm Before i ordered this a got a classic army shell which was also defected, probably my bad luck, may be back to that shop to get another CA shell (if the shop is still there)............
