Working on it now. The tag system must be bust after the last patch. I've reapplied the update patch. Can you guys let me know are: - youtube links still not working? - inset image links in post editor not working? - images in old posts not appearing properly? If you can give me specific links/examples it helps a lot!

Any chance you guys can check posting images now? The full patch has now been added (and a bug we had fixed at the same time) which should have fixed this issue.

Weird. Seems like a flaw either way around. Either I've missed a toggle in the new forum software and you shouldn't be able to post images (for whatever reason) and you can circumvent it in the way you've described. Or there's a bug in the image insert code of some form. I've raised a ticket to see if we can get it looked at. Given the festive season it might be a day or two until we get a result.

Weird - I posted the above without issue using BB code and live insert, so it might be a member/usergroup setting that's causing grief. gif,jpeg,jpg,png are all permissible image attachement extensions. What's the exact error you get when you try to do it?

Can you post the text link or a screenshot of the link you're trying to insert? I can have a look. Without knowing what you're trying to do exactly it's hard for me to fix it for you.

I do not believe we've been targeted ourselves, I think that core services from IPB may have been at a low level though. Passwords our the database are all encrypted (but not unbreakable), there's been a few claims about Anonymous/IPB issues in the past few months but I can't find any press releases about it at the moment.

Post a screen shot of your sign in page. We've not changed the software recently so it should all be the same as it's been for a couple of months? What version browser and OS are you using?

Just tried 21.0.1180.79 m Chrome release and can't get the glitch to happen to me. Let me know the version you're running or any addons that might cause it.

Just tried this myself and confirmed it as an issue, I've raised it as a trouble ticket as there's a bug there somewhere. I'm in the same boat set to automatically follow topics I reply to, but it's now not happening.

I understand what you are saying, but when you say Can you attach a screen shot of the button or toggle you're talking about so I can test this here myself and get it fixed?

For some reason "exact" search filters have now become "partial" filters meaning that that word appearing anywhere in another words means it gets filtered. I've opened a ticket, I updated us to 3.3.3 yesterday and this is obviously a bug. Ticket #807685 relates. Should be sorted quickly.
