hi guys, sorry if this question has been asked before but has anyone successfully modded a normal M4 body to fit a TM recoil gearbox? I found a replacement online but it's pretty expensive. thanks

Horse loved the rechargeable C02, really impressive. Brocock here in the UK made a proper one a few years ago but then stopped selling it for some reason, they pop up on ebay every now and then

Cheers. Think you can get Co2 12g for about £0.60 (just under a dollar) if you buy enough of them in one go. Much cheaper than Mk5's. Only problem is some indoor places don't let you use something so loud. Have either of you guys heard about rechargeable 12g? Are they any good for this product?

Does anyone know if each 'bang' uses up a whole co2 caplet?

I've found a huge difference in delivery speed between standard HK post office and courier (TNT or UPS), guns I only ship using UPS these days.

No problem. I can't see why they couldn't use this method for any other high-cap, they will just see how these sell I guess. If anyone wants any, I have a number of these for sale, brand new and in the UK. Cheers

I recently played a game of airsoft where there was only a couple of us defending a position against a horde of invaders. Needless to say my trusty winding finger gave up and I got cramp in it! So when I heard about a new magazine that you could wind fully in 5 secs and then not have to wind again I just had to try them out. this thread on massive threads is in danger of becoming 'massive' in itself :-) Having worked tirelessly with WIKI's and CMS and Forums over the years the real issue isn't what tech you use, yes it's part of the solution but generally you need people to police it. Unfortunately it's often difficult to know what works the best till you actually implement something. WIKI's can be great but need to be properly integrated into the forums, some sort of standard link in each Review thread. There are Forum/WIKI combination out there that do just this...

Thanks snorkel, to adjust the hopup you need to split open the receiver? Can't easily see where you can adjust anything through the ejection port. Also I just noticed on the ACM that part of the loading nozzle has snapped off, a 2cm prong!! The port cover is also missing it's spring so it won't close and the fore sight has a crack in it. All fixable I'm sure.

hi guys, just got my ACM M4 in, at first it was chrono'ing at around 100fps on Green with the stock mag!!! the occasional one would come out around 450fps!!! Now the stock mag is just pissing gas so can't fill up. Not had anytime to take apart and learn more but will, any suggestions on what to do first, got another mag in the post :-) Cheers

From watching a video on youtube comparing the two I don't think they would be made at the same factory, they seem to have enough differences to warrant a different manufacturing process. Maybe the factories used different materials though. Plus by not using a brand it's harder for authorities to crack down I guess....
