    WE P226 R

Not sure about the F226 but the screw holes are in a differant position on my F228 than the ones on my TM P226 as i was going to fit the TM grips to it but i cant do this now so might be worth checking the line up before buying. curlyboy

    WE P226 R

I got the the WE F228 full metal from last weekenders GZ event, it is a nice weight of pistol and does take TM mags (although they stick down a bit) it has a nice kick but i have noticed it did go off once when i put it in its holster i did not touch the hammer or trigger but it has not done it since so hopefully it is an isolated incident. One little niggle i have with it is that it does not have the three point sight system of the P226 but has one white dot on the front sight and thats it which if you use the sights it is a little annoying. curlyboy
  5. I used a OD CIRAS over my MARPAT woodlands for a while and it looks ok but is not 'real' as far as look goes. curlyboy
  6. Here's a few pics from last weekend, thought i would give the woodlands a bash. curlyboy
  7. A little experiment for a early noughties USMC loadout but needs more puches and not sure on the layout. curlyboy

  9. I have the tan version of this vest and it is a life saver when it gets hot, also for £25 they are very sturdy. curlyboy
  10. I agree get genuine off e bay it is awesome and a millions times better than the bulle stuff (obviously). But dont wash the genuine stuff with detergent just follow the washing tag. curlyboy
  11. For plastic pistols the TM guns are very rugged, the M9 does feel a little flimsy but i have had metal one's and they feel fragile as well (especially the safeties) and the plastic one i have is fine but i use a real Serpa holster so the only time i have to worry about damage is if i drop it and thats why it is on a lanyard but i have not had anything break off any pistols in over 4 years of pretty intense skirmishing and they were mostly all plastic. As long as you have a good holster that holds the pistol and it does not bounce up and down when running or the pistol is loosely held that
  12. To be honest i would not bother changing to a full metal kit i did this with my P226 and the performance of the gun has been nothing but disapointing so much that i bought another plastic standard one which is both reliable and accurate, also dont worry about the body breaking as my plastic one has seen loads of abuse and with the exception of a couple of scratches it works as well as it did the day it came out of the box. I also have a TM M9 and they are pretty rugged and would only break if you threw it onto concrete repeatedly which you are unlikely to do in a forest during a skirmish.

  14. The M16A4 is made by the US FN subsidiary so is a FN weapon, it also has FN stamped on the reciever in big letters. It is a KALASH/D boys. Better picture of the trades A link to the real steel http://www.fnmfg.com/products/m16fam/m16a4.htm curlyboy
  15. A quick update, i am currently switching helmets to a MICH which i find more comfortable than that cheaper viper PAGST copy. Woodland MARPAT Desert MARPAT curlyboy
  16. I have now had 2 shotguns in 2 months not bad going i think but now i have a TM M3 Super 90 far better than its DE clone that died after a week of use. curlyboy
  17. My AR's ICS M4 CQB-R Same with my ICS M4A1 Kalash M16A4 All together
  18. The metal on the body looks like whatever they make clones out of, it looks good quality with no marks or defects i can see. All in all the gun weighs (with an empty mag and no battery) about 4kgs so almost on par with the real one. curlyboy
  19. One of my favourite recent photo's. curlyboy
  20. Unfortunately no it does not have burst it is normal full auto. Sorry DyNo! but i only open my guns up if something breaks but the good news is you dont need to change the hop rubber as it shoots great with the stock one. curlyboy
  21. It is a full metal body as is most of the gun which gives it a great weight. curlyboy
  22. Yes, the issue i have with the body is not the overall colour but the finish of the paint which is not that good if you look carefully at the bottom but one photograph you can see where the paint on especially the upper reciever is not that well applied. But for the money and performance it is a good buy. curlyboy
