The scope mount looks way too high to be comfortable on that.

One thing that will happen if you have a CQC inner barrel with a normal outer barrel is that if you move the gun too quickly whilst shooting, the bb's will hit the outer barrel.

I think it looks bad externally, and I have a CA, so get the CA one. That said, the EGLM looks great, so I will be getting that.

And they DEFINATELY won't work

It isn't really as long as you make it seem. With the stock fully retracted it is around the same length as an M4.
