Think it's an aimpoint, and the camo looks like bits of cut up DPM material glued on to me, curious to know what it is or how it was done. Nice pics, both of you.

Either it's just me or someone accidentally changed it, sorry if it's already been posted somewhere.

Sort of off topic I guess and apologies if this has been posted before, but for those that don't know you can change the amount of posts you see per page from the default 20 up to a maximum of 40 in My Controls > Board Settings, makes rummaging through picture threads twice as fast if you've got a decent connection.

I haven't fitted it on properly as such, the part in the middle that (I assume) fits into the barrel on the real steel is too short to reach the inner barrel on the STAR. I just filed down the C shaped part that fits around the barrel until it would fit on tight enough to grip the barrel fairly well and then pushed the BFA towards the rear of the gun to make the gap between it andd the end of the flash hider almost non-existent (eliminating any wobble). If I had more time, money and expertise I suppose you could make something to lock it in place properly, if I was running around an

Just got the a1 BFA to fit onto my STAR a2, took bloody ages of filing away at it with a metal file so I'm giving my arms a rest before I try to make it a better shape. Before - After - Fits well and with the exception of a few scuffs around the barrel no damage to the gun, the pin thingy in the middle isn't long enough to reach the barrel but it still fits ok.

I believe with Invision there is admin verification, no verification or email verification.

My STAR L85a2 with SUSAT, my 3 point sling just arrived from ZeroOne so fitted that. or Link if the picture doesn't show. The thing on the side (if you can see it despite the webcam quality picture) is a cleaning rod, not skirmished with it on the side but it's ok for plinking. Next up a P226 of sort sort and possibly a UGL for the SA80.

For the skins, why don't you install a few different ones but give people the option to choose which skin they use in their control section? A forum I used a few years ago had that option on IPB and it was excellent. Edit - Or instead of doing lots of skins just do a re-skinned one but give the option to use the 'classic' skin.
