Yea I tried a TM v2 on mine and the recoil kept switching the tracer unit off.

anyone else having problems with their WE m4 and tracer units? The recoil of the gun keeps turning the unit off.

nice review. I'm thinking of getting one too but would like it with a wood stock/handguard. does anyone know where I can find a cheap set?

yea, what I meant was if the WE m16's are just WE m4 bodies( m4 trades) with longer barrel and full stock.

do the m16's have m16 trades? or are they just m4 bodies with m16 barrel and full stock?

i'm going to swiss cheese my stock recoil buffer and see if theres any difference

Yep the mk18 is exactly what i'm going for. I just got a CA RIS to replace the RAS that I had but the rail sits a little too high, higher than the rails on the receiver and theres some issue with fitment. A VFC crane stock is on the way and cqd sling plate from ebaybanned. My flash hider that i'm currently using right now is a G&P but it doesn't have the QD notch so it stays on but the silencer rotates if you turn it. Suprisingly it does stay in place when firing though. The m900 replica is made by SG(standard gear) that I bought off someone on ASR. Evike has it for $80 b
