I'm pretty sure she deserves her own picture thread. Hey people +1 if you wanna see that happen (think of it as a vote).
Do it Guinness!!!
Happy to oblige, however not sure the modest Mods will agree, if any of my brothers give the high sign, I've deffo got a thread full....

Yikes, sorry gentlemen, I hadn't noticed the question in this thread....
Quickly, mostly repaint, all Krylon- I put a list of colors in some picture thread I spammed with these pics when I finished it up, I think in the support weapons thread.
The barrel assy. is Krylon 'gray primer', with a light over spray of Krylon 'Hammered gray'. The top cover was buffed shiny with a dremel and buffing pad, then one top coat of Krylon 'gloss black', the front plastic handguard, pistol grip and rear stock have about 3 coats of the gloss black. The receiver is a base coat of hammered bronze, and a coat of hammered gray, then a final top coat of Krylon clear flat. The front metal handguard and the bipod are the reverse of the receiver, a base coat of the hammered gray and second coat of hammered bronze with a clear flat top coat.
The gun has been painted as new issue, I left the aging and weathering to the owner

I'd like to see a small review Chas
See? told ya
chas, this entire site is nothing more than toy gun pr0n for all of us- it matters not that what you write and share has been done before, is only a small change or whatever- we will drool over it as we do every thing else here brother....
if only there was a way to get Arnies into the bathroom......

I just received the WE Desert Warrior 4.3 clone. Any interest in a small review?
Not here.... This is a picture thread
Put a review in the review section, add a picture to this thread to promote said review, and don't go on a fishing expedition here to see if anyone cares....
We all care for and love your reviews, so get with it Mister!
oh...and here's a picture so I'm not a hypocrite....
-
As you can see in this image that my love of all things belt fed continues. As I also have several competing machine gun replicas a direct comparison is possible as well my hope is that this will make the review even more informative and comprehensive.. I will be initially comparing closely with the STAR/ARES M60E4/Mk43.
More on this replica review after I get some field time with it.
Isn't this already someone's review work? That you have kind of just come along and added yours to?
That doesn't seem quite right does it?
Here, let me just spend my time and energy writing a review and formatting it and taking pictures and working to present that to the community....so that someone else can come add theirs on top?
Not the coolest of things to do to a fellow Airsofter Sir- There is plenty of room in the review section for your very own review

The complete RAtech BCG has been working great for me. Its worked better for me then my 2 airsoftsurgeon bolts and I stopped using the aluminum prime bolt since I was afraid of wearing it too much. Due to its steel build, its got more life into it. I've been meaning to check out the new Ratech plastic nozzle with NPAS combination to lighten the BCG weight though.
Thanks speculator!
So going with the plastic nozzle and reducing weight will give you higher ROF right?

Hey gentlemen,
I own a 1st gen, WOC M4 and still have all the original parts. I want to replace my worn bb nozzle, bolt and original G&P BCG, so I'm looking for the latest consensus on the best way to go with replacement parts. RA-Tech complete with NPAS, or another makers BCG with their bolt? what seems to be working best for you owners? I do like the recent G&P chrome BCG's but again, I'd rather consult the expert users as I do my research.

Looks good to me- I would personally go over the exposed aluminum with a light overspray of krylon gunmetal gray or something, very lightly, then rub it in- What I mean is, it is pretty identical to the photo in the book, but aluminum will end up shiny, where as steel will be dull.
Over all, great job i'd say!
