Funny you should ask... The top part of the receiver is not accurate to Big Boss's Patriot though. Aaah, close enough. It's a PDI kit, got it from x-fire. Thanks for the silencer tip Pillow. Did you get a kit with that outer barrel?

Thanks all. The SR-15 has a daylight green *insert dr. evil accent* laser too. I'm thinking of getting a G&G SR-15 silencer but I'm afraid it'll take too much work, or won't fit at all. I've done homework but still quite hesitant to get it. I got a sniper grip already but the grip is a little too much with out the silencer (IMO). After the sniper grip and silencer, it'll kinda look like this (except without the big scope):

Thanks. I kinda regret getting the CA SR-15. The G&G or GB-tech versions are better looking. Well the CA version is a lot cheaper. IMO, VN mag is more sleek. I was building as counter-sniper AEG but then dropped the fps to 396fps x 0.2g due to club regulations.

It has PDI bull barrel but it's not showing!!!

Nothing fancy, just an old version of WA Wilson Combat CQB with no custom mods...but I love it just the way it is. I intend to keep it as close as the real steel model. I still can't believe the real steel version is around $2,000 . Parts List: - $15 cocobolo grips from cdnn. which I gutted the inside to fit the metal plates - Shooters Design Metal Slide - Shooters Design Stainless Steel Chamber - Shooters Design Floating Valve - King Arms 150% Recoil Spring & Hammer Spring - KM hi-flo valves - Shoots around 336fps I'm waiting until I can't refrain myself any longer
