      Nah, superglue's pretty brittle - as long as the screw or whatever's not super weak you can usually free it with sharp application of force. Failing that, it softens above 150 Celsius or on the application of acetone :)

      Yes, that's true, but the intended application in this case is a pair of prescription eyeglasses, so I'd be somewhat adversed to those options ;)
