thanks so much guys! They are a CA and g&g lr300. I have an airsoft pro cnc hop unit for my g36 and I think I'm gonna get thier m4 one... It's all these rubbers, buckings where I just get lost. I hear loads of stuff about r-hops but also that they are better for higher J guns. I will investigate the prommy ones. my g36 hop up is OK, (stock everything but unit) but I can't get it to overhop, leading to me think that it is probably underhopped... cheers again, it's appre...

Here's another brainscratcher: try and get the right 'rubber hardness' for your fps. I'll need to look it up but it's along the lines of 45
° for sub 300, 50° for sub 350 FPS, 60° for sub 400 and 70° plus 400 FPS and such. Don't quote me on the number though, no-one is very clear on that. It even depends on your ambient temperature since that also influences the hardness of the rubber. ANYWAY: I'd say try a few of premium brands
R-hops are indeed superior...

Thanks again. Gonna go for Prometheus / Laylax black and see how I get on. Cheers

my airsoft team is turning up at your local. already there when you arrive. blasting classic rock from car speakers, inking on our patch using a DIY tattoo kit & doing preacher dumbell curls

Could be useful for BFGs and gas mags: http://www.coolthings.com/trackerpad-gps-tracker-sticker/

Whats the score on Nuprol 4.0 gas? Is it actually more powerful than propane? I'm looking to use in 40mms btw

Bit of a let down imo. I found it to be on par with propane in my GHK M4. Propane wins as its cheaper. If you need some hot rocket fuel, I recommend Guarder Black or C02.
-
I've used it on 40mm, no definitive difference.
Blew the O-ring on a gren, but nothing magical.
Suggest loading different weights and numbers of BBs per tube - that gets a good variety of spread and range.

cheers all

First order from Ebairsoft arrived today - though missing one of the two items I ordered. Do they send them individually as I know shipping is per item? Thanks.

Cheers. I'll give it a week or so - in any case only a little rail so no biggie!
-
Same for me. I think they break it down to get it under the threshold for being taxed.
-
FWIW still not arrived. As it happens I got something far better instead (only those who like g36s will understand) but eh. *suitcase* happens eh?

help me out: KJW CZ75 or WE browning high power?

The WE-tech HiPower is the worst pistol WE have ever made. It's a poor clone of the excessively fragile Tanaka Works HiPower made with the lowest possible quality castings and metal. Avoid at all costs.
-
Thanks all. Aod - if all goes to plan you may have one in your hands in the nr future...
-
A KJ '75? Coolio! It can be friends with my KSC System7 CZ75!

One half of me is a little bit distressed by the scenes in Hong Kong. The other side (the airsofter) is eyeing up the HKD/GBP exchange rate...

Half a yorkie and some shake.

Investigating how I can import RIF without UKARA & being acquainted with Bubba. So far: Ring HMRC, told to ring Border FORCE (BF). BFhas no number on website. Ring Home Office - given number to BF. Ring BF, turns out its immigration and visas. Given number to BF (2nd time). Ring BF, go through to BF immigration. Given number for BF customs. Ring that, get to HMRC. HMRC give me number for BF customs Heathrow. This time I gave them my number and they said they will ring. We will see...

Maybe speak to your local airsoft site owner/runner and ask him to confirm your status? Put his contact number on the parcel and hmrc/bf will ring him/her to confirm defence.
-
Yeah that is the rough plan. I don't have a "home site" as it were but I've skirmished at different places the last bunch of times. My plan is to enclose a document with the sites' buinesses names, address contact and insurance numbers but I want to be sure before I actually import.
-
That's the best way. It's not worth a prison sentence. Oddly, my old ukara number has been checked by customs, grand total of three times, even though it wasn't on the parcel. Kind of freaked me out to be honest. Going to get a new ukara as it's just easier (and a site is near me that does ukara).
