CAG Kit ver 1.0: and the CAG MRE (My prefference version) final: Uniform for this is a set of M81 woodlands modded, Custom OP Top (combat shirt) and Modded trousers pockets shifted for useing Drop legs and knee pads. Shock cord in ankles. Still trying to sort out an ANVIS mount but I am not sure if I really want to screw with that or not. I have a MICH 2000 for this kit and still need to get a good idea of what it still needs.

PMAG: Star vs. PTS vs. Bigdad's
navymp28 replied to Unibomber's topic in Tactical Equipment and Accessories
I dunno about the other mags but the STAR ones are dissapointing. I am going to have to mod them to make them work. They don't feed for nothing and they have the tugged out of a DBOY receiver. -
Yeah it's low with the H&K front sight but with the normal A frame BU Front sight it is perfect. I looked at the Hurricane Gas Block as well and will probably go that route eventually but that gas block was free and fits th e bill for now. I might put the older front sight on there might not.

yeah your not gonna see AOR per sey being in use by non NSW cats often if at all. And for the record it is NWU Type 3 now not AOR2 ...

No I don't save every photo I see on the internet. And yeah they were definetly NOT wearing BCS, RAV LVC, etc. It was a plain jane tan PACA. The LVC's in the numerous LCS kits are all copies of PACA's. So for Airsoft purposes PACA is fine. If you get too wrapped around the axels with some of the "details" you miss the point of this GAME. And there is ALOT of stuff that goes on and that is used that really doesn't see alot of documentation on the internet and make it into the hands of the gear collectors out there.

Yeah I am taking some personal prefference liberties with it. Mainly because the crane stock was avaliable and I know it was used, I have the M951 and it is going onto the rifle just in two different spots when the pic was taken. I have a PEQ2 box that was originally sourced for the gun but it is currently sitting on my G36K KSK until I can get a Deans wired LIPO for a PEQ15 box. I have seen pics of CAG with EOTECHs, Crane stocks, etc. I just prefer the feel of the cranestock for a cheek weld and prefer the EOTECH to an aimpoint I know there is some lee-way for shooter prefference. If I

Not accurate at all. The PACA is fine I have seen plenty of pictures from Afghanistan that have shown it in use. @MYSL1 that khakit / tan DOAV is super nice. I dig it ALOT!

My MRE finally finished: I might add a different rear BUIS though and I need to put the Surefire on, but over all it is complete. I can finally focus on the fine details of my early 2000's CAG kit.

My SR25 SASR: She is almost done still waiting on the Knights one piece scope mount, Harris style Bipod, and Tango down style QD short fore-grip. Once those come in it will be complete. Just added the Berska 1.5-4.5X20 scope and a Prometheus tight bore barrel. Would have a Prome strike chamber and hard bucking too but for some reason it would jam up. So I threw a G&G bucking and the Tightbore into the stock A&K chamber. I am debating on adding a DYTAC PEQ15 FDE for looks to it as well but I am not sure if that is even worth it. I mean it would look sweet but...me

I think it is more or less done now, a M4D inspired H&K rifle:

The High-port is the best way to do an entry (actually for everything) I was trained in both ways high-port and low ready and High-port is the better of the two hands down. There is a reason that NSW has been useing High-port for quite some time. Some advice wanted or not is as follows: The stack as already mentioned is really loose and there is no control element at all. The #2 man should be driveing the stack and keeping the #1 man in check. Once your team gets good at this type of stuff your #1 man is going to want to go, go, go and #2 needs to keep him from going prematurely. T

smoke what make of AUSCAM is that?

Robnok that is a sweet looking kit. Polish Pantera?

Are you serious? That is one of the most retarted statements I think I have ever read on Arnies. Lizzard use whatever gun you feel is the right fit for you. Especially when it is a generic look like that Multicam look you have going on. What in the world "goes with Multicam" then? I guess Lizzard needs to be like everyone else and have an M4 and to make it extra special Multicam he needs a Magpul raped M4 to boot. Freaking stupid.

This pic was taken for an illustration I am working on but it shows some of my newest purchases. EBB "O" Gloves, Blackhawk LV5 Softshell in Alpha Green. Everything else is old..lol. And no it is not a MW2 thing it is for a Seal team illustration .

If your useing it right it should be pretty comfortable. I know from real experience with one that they are great for increasing accuracy especially at close ranges. In airsoft I have has similar experience just not as drastic (a 6mm BB can only get so accurate.) If you find the grip uncomfortable you might have it too close or too far for you and gripping it with the whole hand is not too comfortable. I use a method of "Cupping" my hand and then drawing back with pressure. Alot like the way Kylec is holding his M4 in the pics above. This way is worlds more comfortable that they way

1. I am pretty sure it is the Beretta M9 But Airforce Aircrew's and Pilots do get SIG P228's 2. It could work from an open purchase angle but I am sure there are better rigs for this impression Tactical Tailor stuff is well liked. 3. If you want it to look more like you are a PJ I would say yeah it would be a good touch as well as a personal safety lanyard. 4. SOG Seal Pup is the knife I have seen. It is a comman issued knife in alot of the different units. 5. OD works fine but works better if you dust it with some krylon tan. Kryloned kit is pretty common with operators that may have

Which is the 3 pouch one? I would love to see pics of the MOD when your finished.

Any of you Flecktarn users looking for 3-farb flecktarn rigs? I think I need to get a 5-farb instead of the 3-farb TACGEAR Specialist I currently have. The rig is tits but 5-farb is more versatile I think seeing as how it can work with 3-farb kits and 5-farb kits. Or is 3-farb kit more common now instead of 5-farb stuff being worn in arid/desert enviroments?

I have seen alot of German SF units buying US stuff. I see the German Navy Sf and the KSK here in Virginia from time to time doing stuff with the SEALS and they go to the local tac shops and open purchase stuff. Alot of the open purchase I have seen from them has been packs. I saw a few Coyote Chest rigs being open purchased too of note was the LBT 1961A and an RRV in Khaki. So I am sure some American kit has begun to seep into those organizations. As for the packs I have seen an Elberstock pack in Coyote and a few Kelty's being purchased. I wanted to do a German SFish look but didn't wa

Do the Germans use anything like a PACA at all?
