  1. The brass looks damaged, on the mag it's self. But it could be a shadow. Could you take a picture of the mag, in better light (specifically the brass area). Edit, expanded the picture, have a look at the brass cylinder. To me it looks a bit damaged.
  2. I think there is a deep shadow in that picture, as it looks forced out (that's why I think there's a shadow, as I don't think TnL would force it out).
  3. TnL, I think most people get your point first time around. It's not entirely steel. You also went on about the lack of kick, from something that is supposed to be a gbb. Fair point. It does make me wonder though, did you buy this vector to have a gbb with a big kick, or a gbb that looks like a Kriss Vector? I bought it because its a Kriss Vector, that replicates the super v system, and it does it well.
  4. Well, the reason for the test (I mentioned), is because a normal aeg wouldn't give a kick (well, a noticeable kick anyway), hence a recoil engine aeg. That way, it will have something to compare too, that some people have said, has more of a kick. Puts to bed the "not much kick". You could buy the steel RAtech kick and install it, if you so wish. At the end of the day, it's your purchase and you can do with it as you please. That's the beauty of being a consumer. It's all gravy.
  5. Am sure some people just like to moan. I love the kick it gives. Can't think of a recoil aeg that has the same type of kick. Maybe if someone would do a RATech style test, of the Vector kick and a recoil aeg kick. That would be interesting.
  6. Yeap, pretty sure we are talking about one thing RAtech make, that just seems to be pointless. We need more steel, damn it.
  7. Yeah, the Vector isn't heavy enough, so add more weight RAtech. Maybe they'll release a full metal kit for it, as the plastic body is too light.
  8. R.I.P. P90, you were good, you were very good.

  9. Wwrrrrrhhhoooooooooo. Get in there, just one thank you.
  10. That is strange. I'll be ordering a danger werx valve soon, and then I'll field my kriss. I'll let you know if the two round burst goes (as I plan on trying it out in woodland, to see how effective the two round burst is).
  11. Man that sucks eggs, hope you get it sorted. If you don't mind, when you get it fixed, would you post what you did to correct it, in here?
  12. Does Kriss ship to the uk, might have a look see?
  13. Hhmmm, aluminum internals, nice.
  14. I'm curious about that.
  15. I actually like the look of the wood.
  16. Ouch, that is unfortunate. Wonder if WE will take a look at this review thread and improve the internals of thier ak line (heres hoping, as I really like the idea of full bolt travel)?

Bit of a necro post, but I would like to see the pictures and video?
  18. Looking forward to your after skirmish report bud (if you got to skirmish the ak74 that is).
  19. I'll put my hand bag away then. If the real steel parts are cheap enough and you have access to machinery that can alter the parts, I can't see a down side.
  20. I guess I was trying to be supportive, but you've just shot that out of the water, well done. I suppose I should have said "Give it up reppyboyo and buy ra-tech parts", but I just couldn't bring myself to do it. Oh its a harsh world after all. Serious note:- Hope you do get the replacement parts Reppyboyo and that WE will have improved the parts and thats why the parts are delayed.
  21. Ah *fruitcage* , that is seriously bad news. Hopefully I'm just being pessimistic and you'll get the replacement parts, soon.
  22. Wow, maybe they don't want to sell to airsoft global, or something? But, it does seem very odd to say, to you, airsoft global are not thier distributor. I bet airsoft global wouldn't be happy about that. I have no idea, how you would go about replying to that. Maybe ask them to investigate how airsoft global, have WE items for sale, if WE are saying they are not a distributor?
  23. Could it be within the 16 day money back gaurantee? I could see airsoft global saying that it is a manufacturing fault and as such, to take it up with WE (that would be them trying to dodge a bullet). I'd be very tempted to open up a paypal dispute.

  25. Thought I'd answer this. Firstly, if you know about the vcra then you should know about the defences, though they are unproven yet but thats a whole can of worms that I wont get into (unproven in a court of law not when buying from airsoft shops etc). If you are a member at a skirmish site that has public liability insurance, or ukara membership, you'll be fine ordering from most retailers in the uk (give them a ring, as some only accept ukara membership; they normally state that requirment on their website). Now if your importing, ukara/skirmishes diary/member of an airsoft site with PLI, w
