  1. Pictures from a game yesterday. Had a ton of fun. Picture before I began a briefing of the next scenario.
  2. Any of you active duty guys... I'm also in the magical world of cadet-land... you guys seen FLC II's being worn in country? I got one and it seems useful as all hell. Light weight and small enough, but also just enough real estate for a fair amount of pouches.
  3. Pictures from a game last weekend... sadly probably my last game for awhile. New, awesome field too, problem is, its almost 3 hours away Woods, huge pond, buildings, open fields. About as close to perfect as you can get. Scorching hot day though... 95 degrees with good old Virginia humidity!
  4. The wood shoots at the US legal limit and the painted one shoots at around 370. I don't normally carry both into games with me, but if I have the chance to set up in a good place that I know I can take, I will. Once we start moving in though I carry the painted one as it shoots a bit lighter. Other then that, I usually just switch on and off every game between guns.
  5. First game this past weekend in almost 2 months (sadly, usual). Finally got to use both my M14's together in one game. That alone equaled awesome. Dual wielding M14's basically... that was heaven on earth right there- I got some beautiful shots in from that little position. As you can see from my amazing farmer's tan, it was a little sunny outside.

    M14 Picture Thread

Finally got my trusty old TM M14 back from the shop (hard to believe I've had it for a year and a half) after it stripped its piston, and, as a result, was finally able to have both my M14's together at a game yesterday. And there was much rejoicing. To celebrate that and me being home finally: Wood is a heavily upgraded TM (shooting at legal US limit), painted is a CYMA upgraded (shooting at around 370). The CYMA is THE best value I have ever gotten in airsoft. $400 cheaper than the TM and performs almost as well...
  7. Interesting to see active duty wearing their uniform in games. I always end up wearing random *albatross* stuff, although those new model ECWS fleece's are *fruitcage* awesome for the cold down time in between games...
  8. Yes, and I don't really know. It was kind of flimsy though (as you can see the duck tape at the front of the receiver). Correct again. Its 40 acres of mixed woodland, open fields, and open fields mixed with huge piles of cleared brush, which you can see in the pictures. Best part is, its free if you're on the team that runs it (even if you're not, theres an exorbitant fee of $5). Haha I wish i could tell you. Its some no name shirt I bought from Walmart for $8.
  9. First game in almost 2 months. Yes, I am dual wielding in the first picture (we had a player kicked off the field after that scenario for no hit-calling- basically, i expended 1000 rounds in 15 minutes, and i have never done that before). And yes, the .30 cal is functioning. I have no idea if its a part kit or not. If anybody can tell me what the string with the beads on it is in the last picture, you win... something.
  10. Magsz got it right, its a Madbull Gemtech HALO. That game was the first time I've actually used that M4 all the way through a game (even though I've had it for a year now)... my workhorse M14 finally decided it had had enough.
  11. Pictures from a game this past Saturday at a new field. The owning team was a pompous bunch, and I don't think are used to actually being beaten by another team who had never seen that field before... hit calling was ridiculous at times, but their leader usually sorted it out at the end, so I give him credit for that. First real game back after the first 5 months of Army stuff, and PT is an amazing thing after all...
  12. Just picked this up on Saturday, Mercury Cougar. I am eternally thankful to Mercury for *fruitcage* up royally on the marketing of this car... I got it for WAY less then what its worth. Basically, a lot of car for not all that much. My parents gave me the money I saved them from my ROTC scholarship for one year and told me if I went over I had to pay for it. I also have to pay all insurance, gas, etc. I'm incredibly happy though. Blows past those idiotic '94 riced-out Civic's with ease. My old car/my sisters car is in the background. <---- My dad sa
  13. Finally got the freedom to play for the first time since July. We were supposed to have 40 people, but the ice storm that never was scared away 3/4 of the players. Still was fun in its own way though.
  14. HUA? I have never, ever seen that actually used. I realize HOOAH came from HUA, but I've never seen it spelled like that. But i'll bow down to your omniscient knowledge and give thanks to your guiding hand so I can stop being "fake". Uhh... ok. Is it that ironic that when I play airsoft I just want to PLAY and not worry about who outranks me and what I say to them?
  15. Wow, I would hate to be sponsored by the Army. I play airsoft partially to get away from it. I don't want to worry about military courtesy while I'm playing a game. And to that other poster... I don't know where you play, but there's always a good mix of past and current military. Also, its HOOAH NOT HUA.
