Don't know about overseas users but I'm stateside, and I emailed Surefire about replacing the rubber on my 628's slightly worn pressure pad. They quoted me a 6 week turnaround time. Another user on the HK forums said they got their's back in 3 weeks. It's all free... Just don't mention you've bought it the secondhand. I believe you can only do this once per person.

does anybody know if G&P MP5 midcaps are pretty close in dimension to the real thing? Just ordered a real HK dual mag clamp and was wondering if they'll fit in it.

Whitehawk, is that a VFC AEG? If so, how do you like yours? Haven't seen anyone else with one on these forums.

I've only been plinking with mine so far but I've been using green gas. summer is ending and the temperature around here is 70 degrees F (21 degrees C). The recoil is very snappy. When the temps are above 80 degrees F (26 C) however, I plan on using Duster to preserve the slide and reduce wear and tear.

That's what I was thinking, though it looks to be a USP from the angled trigger guard. But if he did squeeze it in an MP7 then the barrel/flash hider should be lower. Actually the barrel should should be lower on an MP7 anyway. Strange... nice paintjob though

This is my first AEG! Unfortunately I haven't fired it yet (battery I ordered just barely didn't fit) but I will do some sort of review after I field it. I can say the externals are simply gorgeous and the whole gun feels rock solid.

hmm, i thought the magazine was supposed to take 21 rounds... Anyway, excellent work Mike! Im glad some1 finally did a review of this gun. +1 to you. Although I'm disappointed that for such a steep price they left the stock recoil spring (least im assuming its stock, as my stock KSC USPc had a soft recoil spring too).

i used to own a stock KSC USP compact but sold it a few months ago. I liked everything about it except the recoil spring felt kinda week. Personally, I think i would have liked it twice as much with the Shooters Design slide, bcus the stock slide's trademarks are too shallow to be seen clearly. My 2 sense? Go for the SD if u want the very best. It looks sick from the pictures! btw Milla beautiful Bauer Blaster u got there!

Yes please! take your time getting the CA lower and the gun complete. Just wanted to see shot from the side, as there are very few good pics on the intraweb where the stock is unfolded. I'd like to do a similar real steel, err, "polymer" custom G36k when I turn 18 in a few months, and right now I have enough for a CA36K, dual optic, and maybe forearm from sl-8.de. Still in the saving up process... Thanks!
