  1. Thanks, I heard of a Viper Speed Bolt Carrier Group but couldn't find anything about it. I also saw a youtube video of someone only replacing the original buffer with a speed buffer. Know about any of those?
  2. I actually have a 2011 version. I am very satisfied with the gun. The only thing I want to improve is the rate of fire. What can I do? I want to maintain the original looks, so no fancy silver shiny bolts and stuff.
  3. I made a video about the main Airsoft shopping area in Hong Kong, i.e. Dundas St and Kwong Wah St. Supremeco or WGC aren't featured in this vid. Neither are Redwolf, Ehobbyasia, UNCo or War4 that are in completely different districts. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sMgS_05BhrY
  4. Here's my video of the fully functional version with Q3 LED, red laser pointer, blue LED and IR LED: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4_1dhbC_BNI
  5. I made another video, this time of the fully functional version with Q3 LED, red laser pointer, blue LED and IR LED: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4_1dhbC_BNI
  6. Your review pics show a brown version of the FLC. So, if this is supposed to be a replica, it would be a replica of the US Marine Corps' FLC. The Army's is in Universal Camo Pattern.
  7. ACM = All China Made? Does the brand Golden Eagle qualify as ACM? If yes, here are some vids: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LmaXbtKhUf4
  8. AFAIK, seems like an all better AGM style mag. 2 new videos: JG BCG inside the AGM: JG Mag in the AGM:
  9. Something's not right. At US$110 they actually pay you to buy it.
  10. Glad you like them. There's no tiny steel piece on the bolt carrier, only the bolt stop has it. As for shipping, US$58 is the actual no-nonsense shipping via EMS Speedpost from Hong Kong to the USA for the JG. Anything beyond is the retailer's hidden rip-off margin.
  11. I will have to look into most of your good questions to answer them. Maybe some of the below pics may help, but I will try to get the answers if I can. But for the outer barrel I think it's one piece (I didn't look under the sling swivel mount though). The handguard is nylone type, similar to the CA ones, better quality than the AGM for sure. I just didn't like the gaps between the two pieces that were a bittle too large for my taste. I tested both. JG BCG inside the AGM: The complete JG Bolt Carrier Group can be used in the AGM. It's drops right in and cycles just fine. The
  12. The Jing Gong M4 GBB rifle is another replica of the WA design. Just like the AGM M4 GBB it's targeting the bottom segment of the market. It's even a little more affordable than the AGM (e.g. at this date an undisclosed shop sells the JG for US$85 and the comparable 061 model from AGM for US$110, both plus shipping). First thing you notice is how much lighter the gun is compared to the AGM. Not only the gun itself because of the plastic body, but the 300g less weighing magazines are a tremendous difference (JG: 500g, AGM: 800g). The magazines from the outside are pretty much the same

What's so silly about STANAG mags and for Airsoft use what makes the Thermold so much better?
  14. Found some pics showing Honkers with replica MC stuff:

    AGM M4 GBB

yup, can confirm that. Had a hard time inserting them and freeing them from the mag well. Other than that they are okay and are some kind of improved AGM mag with stronger spring, full metal exterior and just like the AGM don't leak on green gas.
  16. Wow, that's amazing. What would be the caption for this pic?
  17. I don't really see a problem. Whether it's "only" 30 pages or 300 pages. You wouldn't browse every single page, but use the search function. In either case the machine is doing the work for you regardless the number of pages.

Wow, that KJ rifle seems all steel inside and outside. That's mighty impressive and looks like it could be quite reliable out-of-the-box. But I can't help it, I ventured into the GBBR world for the kick of more realism and simplicity. Reliability sure, but if it's just about that, my AEG would serve me just fine. If KJ just used the WA system, I would have said we have a winner. But just like the WE system, I hate extras that make it look funny and unrealistic to disassemble/assemble. The KJ has too many mechanical parts, a rubberband what the fcuk???, a hopup dial that is certa

If I see someone with a G&P in tomorrow's game, I'll do. Will that destroy the G&P?

    The new 5KU or SK mags have a stronger spring and seem to engage the bolt stop no problem. The one I tested were a pretty tight fit in the mag well though. name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src=" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>"> name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src=" type="applicati

You're right, don't compare the AGM, it's in a class of its own. But as you mention substandard parts that need to be replaced on the AGM. That's only the mechanical parts inside the receiver because they are made of alloy instead of steel and those can be upgraded with CNC steel parts for cheap. Now to the KJ: As far as I can see Donut's review didn't mention if the KJ's mechanical parts are made of alloy or steel, so I would wait with your judgment.
